Directions
Tear open foil packet. Remove strips with dry hands and peel away from backing film. Looking in a mirror, fit strips, applying sticky gel side against your teeth. Line up with edge of gum and apply gentle pressure to mold and strip securely to the teeth. Product is designed to be used for 60 minutes. Leave in place for at least 30 minutes for easier removal. For optimal experience leave in place for 60 minutes.

It does work and it is gentle
I think expecting a massive difference from something gentle is unrealistic. Using the shade guide, I basically went up 1 level in whitening after 14 days of using the strips. (Tip: cut the strips horizontally in half to double your quantity). I blotted my teeth beforehand, so adhesion wasn't an issue. And I kept the strips on for an hour each time. I'm not too disappointed because there has been an improvement it how white my teeth are and it was affordable. Plus my teeth and gums don't feel compromised due to using the strips. I'd for sure use these again.For anyone that says their teeth didn't stay whiter for too long, they're probably forgetting that your teeth become more porous after whitening. You need to be mindful of what drinks you're consuming, and maybe use a straw in the meantime for drinks that could stain your teeth further.

Great I recommend highly.Better than crest. Great whitening results even after 1 strip.I'm missing a tooth and it didn't slide off like the crest one does. I'm missing my middle tooth. Stays stuck on!! Really great!! Highly recommend. Leaves no white spots on my gums. Whitens good and is for people who have missing teeth!! Perfect product. Buy it!!Only downside as your teeth will be really sensitive afterwards
