Im a wine enthuasiast I like to store my wine collection, all the bottles at the right place with the right temperature. and this is for my garage storage.A wine cooler's purpose is to create a stable, ideal environment for storing and preserving wine by controlling temperature, humidity, and light, preventing damage from heat, dryness, or UV rays, unlike a regular fridge that's too cold and dry, protecting my investment for optimal aging and serving, and to guard them against the "five enemies of wine": temperature, light, vibration, odor, and humidity.This is an advanced, so advanced and very high efficient cooling system. It has a nice relaxing cool blue LED light, an air tight seal that no air can leak in or out. On the outside it has a recess build in handle for easy open. It also has and adjustable, solid rubber made feet.Talking about the build, It has very nice double layer tempered glass door which can protect my wines from UV light, and display my collection brilliantly. It runs very quietly, around 36dB, which is about the library noise level. It run super smooth with low vibration technology which preserves the natural sediments, ensure the flawless flavor development.Now I like the temperature can be adjust between 40F to 64F depends on what kind of wine i am storing. It can be red, white, or even sparkling wine. On top of that, the tight seal garaunteed to keep my wine favor profile last a very long time with proper storing.Now it can hold total of 25 750ml bottles with an adjustable shelves depends on my liking, or type of bottle with variant shape or size. The horizontal racks optimize the space while protecting the corks. The fridge size is perfect for kitchen, bedroom, bar or livingroom. I put it in my garage for easy access when having friend gathering.Now let talk about the setting that I use:The best temperature for storing wine for me is 55°F. This is good for all wines if you keep them long time.But if you want to drink soon, use different zone. For red wine: I keep at 55 to 65°F. Warmer is better for taste. For white wine: I keep at 45 to 55°F. Cooler is good. For sparkling wine: I keep at 40 to 50°F. Even more cool. While white and sparkling need cooler temperature. Red needs warmer.Also humidity is very importan. Humidity should be 50% to 70%. Not too dry, not too wet. Keep away from light. No shaking or vibration. All this will help wine get better with age.Why humidity matters? If humidity too low (below 50%), the cork gets dry and shrinks. Air will get in the bottle. Too much air (oxygen) makes wine bad. It oxidizes. Taste changes to bad. Also wine can leak out or evaporate. If humidity too high (above 70-80%), mold grows on cork or labels, Labels get damaged, peel off easily or get dirty. Mold usually not go inside wine, but bad for looks, and can degrade bottle value.And what happens to the wine if you store it wrong?If it is too hot (above 70°F or 21°C), wine ages too fast. Can get bad taste. Like cooked fruit. Loses fresh smell. If it is too cold (below 45°F or 7°C), wine ages too slow. But very cold can make problems too.And how I like to drink my wine? For red wines: 55°F to 65°F. Light reds cooler, full reds warmer. For white wines: 45°F to 55°F. Sweeter whites cooler. For sparkling wines (like Champagne): 40°F to 50°F, very cold. Cooler temperature makes wine feel fresh. Good for acid and bubbles. While warmer temperature will let smells come out. Good for complex flavors in reds.

I love this 25-bottle wine fridge! It’s the perfect size, not too big and not too small. It fits nicely without taking up a ton of space. It keeps my wine at a consistent temperature and runs quietly. The shelves slide out easily, and I like that it holds both reds and whites comfortably.
