I honestly love these patches! I started using them a few days after they arrived and I can already feel a difference. They’re super easy to apply, comfortable, and don’t irritate my skin at all. I’ve noticed less appetite throughout the day and much better control with cravings, which is exactly what I needed. The ingredients feel clean and the formula seems to actually work. The packaging is nice, and the price is great for the amount you get. I’m definitely going to keep using them and reorder. Highly recommend!

This product does not work. Do not purchase. A big waste of money. There was no decrease in appetite or any increase in energy. False advertising.I would give a big ZERO in stars if I could.Cannot get a refund because it is a health item.

To be honest, I haven't been as consistent as I should be,therefore I can't honestly say this is effective. I'm still having craves, I'll get hungry, and jus substitute for a smoothie if what i crave for isn't available, but I guess I need to use it more to see the results.

I cant believe how well these work. I started staking berberine a few months ago and it drastically controls my hunger. If I do not take my pill, I get really hungry the next day. When I saw these patches and all the other bonus ingredients I need to take daily but constantly forget, I figured it was worth a try. I am so glad I found these. I had to force myself to eat something and I had to take the patch off at night so I could go to sleep because rhe vitamin B was giving me too much energy. I was constantly moving all day and I didnt feel exhausted at all. I cant say enough good things about this. I just have to food prep and set an alarm for eating times and I should be losing weight in no time.
