Used this on a project laying 24x48 porcelain tiles. Was able to do 48" long rip cuts 5" wide without a problem.The built in laser was helpful but needs some adjusting to get perfectly aligned. I also double checked alignment at both ends before doing cuts.I had one tile break during the cutting process. Might have been I didn't press down hard enough doing the scoring or the cutting wheel wore out. I swapped out the cutting wheel and the rest of the cuts were fine after that.Overall for the price, the build quality seemed good and it works well with a little practice. If you are only doing a small amount of tile laying, this can be a good choice.

I love it, no messy like the water tile saw, quick and clean cut every cut, I’m so glad I bought this same me so much time.I even bought a 110” tile cutter too for porcelain slab to go on my bathroom wall.

The laser is a nice feature but the adjustment is limited. You can angle the line but the mounting point is too far to the left so angling the line only helps align distant points and not up close to the base. The laser is also a bit dim. When bright sun is entering the room it's hard to see the line past 20 inches even in shadows. The cutter works well. I've cut 32" long porcelain tiles as narrow as 2" without an issue. It's difficult to see the roller alignment on the tile by eye. The biggest product improvement to this would be opening up the area behind the roller so you can see where it touches the tile more easily. However, this seems to be a common problem on these types of cutters.

Outstanding tile cutter, the best bang for the buck. I have installed several bathrooms and kitchens with tile using a wet tile saw which, with the right blade can make smoother cuts but wet saws are heavy, a hassle to rent, setup and messy to clean up after. This tile cutter is light weight, easy setup and use on hard porcelain tile. Edges are straight and they look great.

Don't waste your time and money on this cuter .Only I’m used for a one time Handel is broken down and it’s doesn’t makes cuts. It’s very bad quality I’m testing out some different ceramic tiles it’s broken all .The value of the ceramics that broke due to the poor quality of the machine was more than theprice of the machine.I do not recommend this cuter to you.

I bought 1,000sf of 6x36 wood plank tiles and needed a big cutter to install them. Reviews were so-so but the price was excellent so I gave it a shot. I’m impressed with how it cuts, I can rip 36” strips as narrow as about 3/4” and I’m only using the saw for complex cuts. I did take the advice of another reviewer and upgraded the scoring wheel and haven’t even tried the original, but the cutter is plenty sturdy and accurate and it works better than I ever imagined it would. The laser beam is wide and gets out of adjustment easily but it adjusts with a #1 Phillips screwdriver. I prefer marking both ends of a long cut and lining up the scoring wheel anyway. Maybe I don’t know what I’m missing out on with a more expensive cutter, but this one does everything I want it to and works better than I ever imagined it would.

Love it I had a 24 by 48 tile just to try the cuts and was not disappointed, a friend of mine has one too but I guess he has the 1st version, the rail on his it kind of bends in the middle this item I got it has better support on rail
