I use this more than I ever thought I would! I take this to all my gatherings! This holds 2.5 gallons and what's super unique about this is, it holds hot and cold liquids. Not only that but I've used it for soups too! And things like a roast , chicken, chicken and biscuits etc! It has a lot of different uses!The outside is super heavy duty plastic, and the inside is thick stainless steel. And it so easy to clean. It just wipes right out with a soapy rag and a spray down. The spout works great and doesn't drip or leak. It also pours pretty good. You can adjust how fast or slow with how far you pull it down . The locking latching lid is heavy duty and I've never had anything leak or spill. And we had a accident, I that completely packed full of chicken and biscuits and it fell out the back of the truck when someone bumped it. It didn't open it spill. And the outter shell didn't even scratch let alone crack. Also the inside is perfect too! I'm super impressed with this. Oh and everything stays hot for hours and hours. Steaming hot. And cold too . I filled this to the brim with ice and water and it still was 3/4 full of ice ( no water we drank it all) a day and half later and we were on the beach camping! It was in the sun alot of the time too!

I filled this up to the fill line with ice (no water.) It's a long walk from my office to the closest water fountain and ice machine. My office is set on 75 degrees. I just let it sit to see how long it would keep the ice. After 24 hours it was perhaps half melted - I had ice water. Of course hotter temp or direct sunlight would make it warm up faster. But it's rare I'm going to fill this up and keep it that way for more than 24 hours.The seal on the top is not super tight. If it gets tipped over it is likely to leak - I turned mine sideways and it did drip. Also the latch and the spout handle are directly in line with each other. The spout handle kind of interferes with the release catch and you have to watch to make sure you don't accidently bump the spout handle and start pouring liquid.It does not have a strap but it does have build in molded handles on the side. These are sufficient good for carrying something in the 2 gallon range.

This drink container is excellent for cold winter campouts, you can fill it with hot chocolate, and it stays nice and toasty for hours! You can also use it in the summer to keep drinks very cool, and it keeps them cool for hours, even on a hot summer's day! It is easy to use and dispenses very well!

This thing is a brick. I love that I can use this instead of having to take up a ton of space in my cooler for water (AND it means I don't have to waste plastic on the bottles as well). It's pretty heavy when full, but the handles are easy to grab and that helps. This is definitely a permanent installation in our camping packing list (and many more things as well)

We love to eat outside, weather permitting, and we got this container to keep our drinks at temp. It's a nice, sturdy container, easy to open and fill and get your beverage from. It holds a bit much for us to use for our morning coffee, but it does a nice job on my iced tea and ice water- I can sit in the shade with a friend or three, and drink for quite a while. Quite functional and a good value.
