This baby car camera/touchscreen is a nice, and really good value, addition to cars without "smart" features. There are some minor drawbacks/pain points, but they don't get in the way of the touchscreen and camera's usefulness.Starting from the beginning, the manual isn't that clear, but there's really not much to setting this up - you need to mount the screen, plug the power into a cigarette lighter, and run the camera cable to your back seat. It's important to note that you really do have to use the provided power adapter - for example, the FM audio feature won't work without it. I wouldn't mind if the adapter let you plug in another cable to charge your phone while using the touchscreen... but that's pretty minor.The FM-based audio is pretty clear, though I have heard a little bit of static when listening to Google maps through it (not so much with Spotify though, for whatever reason). That might be addressed though hunting for a clearer FM frequency though. The video quality is very good, and I can see the child seat in the back clearly (the picture I included just has the seat's base).I found the touchscreen to be responsive with both Android Auto and Carplay, so that's great. I used the air vent clip to mount it, but I think it would be a bit more stable with the suction mount, though I've never had any issues with it getting loose or falling off. It's easy to stow away when you park too.If you switch between phones (e g., different parents in the same car), it can sometimes be tricky to do that - the touchscreen connects to the previous paired phone very quickly, so it's more ideal if the same person is using it all of the time.All in all, it's a very useful addition to cars that don't have "smart" features already at a very reasonable price. If you don't mind using your cigarette lighter port, having a couple more cables hanging around, and really value being to keep an eye on your baby, it's an excellent choice.

First and foremost, the installation was incredibly easy with the plug-and-play feature. I had it set up and running in no time. The touchscreen is responsive and intuitive, making it simple to navigate through the features and settings while keeping my focus on the road.The integration with CarPlay is fantastic! It seamlessly connects my iPhone, allowing me to access my favorite apps, music, and directions without any hassle. The navigation feature has been a lifesaver, providing clear directions right on the monitor.Night vision is another impressive aspect of this monitor. It provides a clear view of my baby in low-light conditions, giving me peace of mind during nighttime drives. The ability to keep an eye on my little one without needing to look back is invaluable.The built-in FM radio is a great addition as well. I can easily switch between my favorite radio stations and control everything through the touchscreen or via Siri, which adds an extra layer of convenience.Overall, I highly recommend this car baby monitor. Great Carplay with ability to check in on kids and petsI recently purchased the Baby Car Camera for Backseat, and it has honestly been a gamechanger w ih family drives. The 6.86” monitor is just big enough without being too big. The wideangle lens covers the entire backseat, so I can see both my mongrels at the same time. The night vision feature is crucial in both early morning or after dark, I can still see through the IR lens. Setup was super simple; I just attached the camera to the headrest and plugged it into a USB port. Ready to go in minutes.Biggest feature for me is definitely the CarPlay; build quality feels solid as well! I can use my phone for navigation and music/podcasts while being able to see using the monitor. I even was able to order a pizza (from a popular delivery place) with a couple of touches of a button on-screen. A the big-daddy burger joint has app too, but that scares me, so I've stayed away for now.Overall, I feel much safer and less psychotic on the road now that I can always check my little ones at a glance. I highly recommend this Carplay unit with rear facing camera! Anyone who is looking for a reliable/simple to use way to connect your iPhone to the car's audio system using Apple designed interface while also checking in on your pets or kids should get this.

The media could not be loaded. What a great device. This gives me CarPlay on a nice size screen. Setup was a breeze in less than 5 minutes. Comes with everything you need for a variety of installation methods. Even a camera to monitor children in the backseat. Love it!
