I bought this for my mom. It was easy to assemble. She says that she loves it. And she'll be able to regain some of her mobility. It's easy to use, roll around, and brakes. Comfortable seat, and it folds nicely.

I hated the thought that I needed a walker but do for more pain-free walking (lower back pain). I'm pleasantly surprised at how lightweight this is and how smoothly it works. I was actually able to put it together by myself too! It works very well -- brakes are smooth and easy to use. I'm using it for daily errands and walks around my neighborhood. I'm glad I found this one!

Lack of customer service. No phone or email to get ahold of anyone at Medline. The Steel Rollator 6" wheel that I bought is well built but I need the clips and screws that put the chair together. I need those parts. ANY information with a phone number would be great. The actual chair looks great and would like to keep it BUT need small items to put it together. UPDATE - Still unable to contact the company. However, I was able to get the chair but together that works for me. The small clamps I don't have that hold the brake wires in place but that doesn't hinder the movement of the chair. So, I am able to use the chair moving around. I also have to say it was difficult for me putting it together. The clips were hard to get off and had to use a flat screw drive to hold the button in. The directions barely say what to do. Would I buy the chair again knowing what I would have to go thru I would say no. Nothing to do with the stable chair it is great. If you buy it make sure that the person putting it together is physically able to do so. I am 77 and generally able to put things together. It really wore me out.
