Great support for my neck and cervical spine. Iโm 5โ6โ and have a small head. Was worried the pillow would be too tall but it is just the right size and height. Also Firm but squeezable. Doesnโt get hot or flatten out. Got one for me and my partner. He uses his as a leg pillow.

IT works
We affectionately call it the "bomb pillow." I got it for my mum while she was in the hospital because she kept complaining about being uncomfortable and needing something to support her bottom. When it arrived, it came in a surprisingly compact box, tightly packaged. Once we opened it, it sprang right into shape. While she was in the hospital, my daughter and I helped her position the cushion, and her immediate reaction was, "Ahhhhhh, thatโs so comfortable!" Itโs incredibly soft and has lasted my mum six weeks without any issues, preventing her from developing pressure sores. Iโm really pleased with this purchase; itโs great quality at a fantastic price, and itโs made such a difference for my mum!
Used for sleeping with a new ear piercing
This may sound odd but I didn't buy this for it's intended purpose. I bought it because my new ear piercing was hurting anytime I slept on it on a regular pillow. I tried pillows specifically for pierced ears but they were too close to the ear and it caused pain too. So I had the idea to try a hemorrhoid cushion as the hole in the middle would be bigger.It is perfect for the job. I sleep without any pain now and my ear is doing so much better. I used to use two pillows so this is lower but I got used to it quick enough. It's quite firm which doesn't bother me. It's just nice to finally be able to sleep without pain.It would also probably be helpful if you like to sleep with ear plugs or headphones. I have experienced it before where the headphone or earplug doesn't stay in because the normal pillow pushes it and can dislodge it.The cover has a zip so you can take it off to wash it. There's also a little handle.It did have a smell when it arrived but it's gone after a few days.It arrived vacuum packed and rolled up so you have to let it puff out.Overall I am pleased and recommend it.
Great relief for external thromboid haemorrhoids.
I found this cushion to be excellent for relief of haemorrhoids. I am a male of 60kg and had to return a similar product which was very hard on the posterior. I use it in the car and at home while sitting down. I was going to purchase a second one for permanent use in the car but my piles are disappearing. It has a useful handle and arrived very quickly.
