Thoroughly impressed with this creatine. Zero flavor makes it easy to mix into any liquid and it dissolves smoothly. It’s very fine so the volume is more than other creatine powders but I had zero side effects as far as water retention, bloating, or intestinal discomfort during loading. Price is incredible for the amount compared to other brands. Quality is high with a clean formula. I can’t yet speak to sleep quality or strength due to length of time using it but I can say it has helped tremendously in a cut in that my muscles appear more full and defined.

I was concerned that I just wouldn't be able to swallow it. Glad to say that after I stir it into my ice cold water, it disolves so well that I can't tell its in there. No taste to it either

Love the product but needs better packaging. These are the types of bags that are the ones you open and can re-seal. Only issue is that if the seal is broken, or detached from the bag, it defeats the purpose. Maybe just an isolated issue.

This stuff dissolves fantastically. A lot of creative stuff doesn't, so I never expect much on that front, but this defied that expectation. The ingredients are simple, and the quality is great.

Overall, I think this is about as good as it gets from a Creatine standpoint. The servings per container is based on a standard 5g serving and this mixes well, works well and doesn't really have much of a taste. I don't have any issues with clumping and the size is good for balancing freshness with convenience. I didn't think I was going to like the packaging, since I typically prefer the tubs, however this has worked great with no issues or spilling. Overall it's a great product and a reasonable value.

Good quality and dissolves easy. Has a good flavor - almost no flavor. I add it to a small amount of juice and I don’t really taste it at all. I take it for energy and performance and it gives me a little boost to get through the day. I seem to sleep better too, which was not expected. This is a good quality creatine.
