Arrived as stated. Very easy to get it up and running. Will need to purchase a hp docking station, since I utilize 2 screens. So far I am pleased with my purchase at a great price point.

The layout felt cumbersome. I thought it had a backlight keyboard. It didn’t. That one was my mistake. The “free” ms office, files could not be saved on a usb, have to use one drive. A big NO for me. If I wanted the use office, I have to purchase the program. This is just my opinion, take it for what it’s worth.

1.0 out of 5 stars DO NOT BUY - Continually Disconnects from WIFI and CRASHES - Less than 2 months old
We ordered this for my daughter who started University in late August. She set it up and all seemed okay until about a month later (end of September.) During class the computer will disconnect from wi-fi and will not give the option to reconnect. When she searches and clicks the button to turn on wi-fi the computer crashes and takes forever to reboot. This is less than two months old and for 600.00 it already is crashing? I figured she would get a good one year of use out of it (was hoping for more, but you never know.) I'm unable to connect w/anyone to assist and Bolo sends me in circles. Ideally, we like a replacement since HP is a good brand.
