The water dispenser arrived well-packaged with no damage at all — I checked it right after receiving the delivery. No installation needed, just plug it in and it's ready to use, which is super convenient. My favorite feature is the hot water — it’s so nice to have hot water available anytime I want. The media could not be loaded. The materials used in this water dispenser are above average in quality. It doesn't take up much space. I really like its bottom-load style - it looks neat and simple on the outside, and it's both labor-saving and convenient when replacing water bottles. It requires almost no installation; I just need to plug it in, install the water bottle, and after about 10 minutes, both cold and hot water are ready to use. It's extremely convenient.

This cooler is nice,it was easy to unpack and set up ,so much better than have to lift 5 gallon water jug to top loader.it does however make more noise when filling cup as it has to suck rather than drop water.
