This model is incredible. The instructions are clear, the parts were all there and it worked perfectly the first time it was turned on. It does take some time and patience. You do have to be careful about the way you press the pieces together and removing the individual parts from the boards. It definitely requires focus. This one has over 400 parts so it’s nice if you have a good work space. I found that small tweezers, a single edge razor blade and bit of super glue gel all had a place. It’s fun to watch all of the movement. Impressive!

Yet another winner by ROKR!! I seriously can't get enough of ROKR puzzles. This London marble travel one is so entertaining once it's all done. Seeing all my hard work in action at the press of a button is rewarding, and it's beautiful with the lights and the details. Although I've enjoyed interactive ones in the past, I think I like watching the final product more than controlling it. This one is unique too; you can pause the activity, and a nice soft glowing light emits warmly while paused. But, of course, the main fun is putting it together to begin with. Now it will join my other ROKR puzzles on my display shelf at home to be appreciated. And I've already started my next one!I've owned several of ROKR puzzles, and I always have a puzzle I'm actively working on, starting the next one the same day I finish the previous. It keeps me occupied for hours and hours, and it is just so satisfying (and therapeutic!). I can't stop being amazed at how intricate they are. The amount of hours that must go into the engineering and design of these (and then the trial and error for adjustment for a perfect fit and function)... the precision of the equipment they use to complete the pyrography and cut the wood pieces (not to mention when/where to include piece numbers)... selecting the right wood texture and thickness... I mean, the list goes on!! And they don't let an inferior product make it to market. Just like the others, this puzzle is practically flawless. I didn't choose to paint or stain this one, but it's doable, and it adds to the hours of fun!Tip: glue is not ever needed for these, as they are carefully and accurately designed to build and maintain naturally. However, if you are used to using glue anyway, be aware there are too many moving parts on this one, many of which you won't know right away that glue would destroy it. So I recommend avoiding any glue use on this particular puzzle that isn't necessary. Another tip: keep it away from the kids. These puzzles are to entertain us adults - the kids have plenty of other toys to play with. We deserve our own! The final product is built well by design, and it can be kept for years on display - but the parts are intricate and delicate, so it must always be handled with care.

First of all, just the fact that it says "rokr" on it means that this kit ot top quality, has high precision to detail, and visibly is very satisfying. I mean, anything ive done from them i absolutely LOVE. This one was no different... the instruction booklet covers all the bases. On the beginning of each section, it lists out-in order- every single piece that u would use in that step. To take it even a step further, they labeled every piece except like a small handful so that u always know u are using the right piece. Maybe this sounds like no big deal to you, but I suggest trying this one out and i guarantee you will appriciate these extra steps as much as I Do. Plus its just extremely satisfying seeing it all come together and actually work in the end. I totally want to do more Marball runs now, where b4 I didnt really have much interest in them.One thing that surprised me was how small the whole thing was... I dont know why, but I thought they were bigger. Not like its a bad thing though... if anything, its even a little more impressive.One little pro tip for you... bc, u know, im a pro...B4 u start putting everything together, get like a week/month pill case to separate and label all the "p" pieces (like the screws, stoppers, any other tiny pieces it comes with. This makes putting it together SO much easier and better and then when you put it away for the day just close it up and everything is safe.Kinda an important note: it say pill case instead of jewelry case bc the pill one opens and closes each pocket individually. So if ur having a hard time getting these tiny pieces out, u can just flip it over and pour that sucker out without having to worry about anything else flying out with it... your welcome

This was my fourth balsa wood puzzle, and it is truly the best one yet. I thoroughly enjoyed it.The key to this build is patience: you must move slowly, with care, and never force anything. The process itself is a form of meditation; it almost requires you to be calm and steady-handed.It is essential to follow the instructions with meticulous attention to detail—you will regret it if you don't. Pay close attention to things like symmetrical pieces and which side the writing is on, as this becomes very important for the final assembly. As a senior, I found a lighted magnifying lens indispensable for seeing the tiny, intricate parts.The pieces are delicate. I did break one piece by forcing it, but it was an easy fix. I used a tiny dab of Gorilla wood glue, let it cure for a day, and the piece went back in place with no problem and held well. (I only had to glue one other piece in total.)I have it finished and running now. It took a little tweaking after assembly—I had to adjust some of the railings and turns to get the ball to flow smoothly. Now that it's going, it's a blast! It’s so fun to see so much activity come from a single creation.When you are finished, you are rewarded with a beautiful, animated work of art.
