Update 8/39/25 Audio cable changed and now stereo is good!Update 8/25/25 Thank you for your great service and support. Overall it is a solid unit and Bluetooth audio and video quality are great. I tried 1080p and today I may try recording in 2.5k. Audio speakers quality is very nice. I would like to feedback a couple of observations if may help future upgrades - when using AUX audio somehow it only enables the left side car audio as shared in one of the reviews. I may try different audio cable this week. The front cam is fixed direction so the screen view angle and camera direction may couple together that is less flexible. Design may consider to use a rotatable front cam for next gen.(Original) The screen resolution is decent but touch response is about 3second lag. I couldn’t figure out how to use the uSD card for Apple CarPlay nor the unit native mode, nor it has a music player itself.Update- 8/3/25 the customer service is very responsive and resolved my issue.

TL;DR: Easy to set up, easy to use, and many, many mounting options.Packaging: Arrived well packaged, undamaged, and includes everything with some extrasMounting: I was amazed with all of the mounting options. I used the double sided sticky foam option to direct mount it to my dash (see picture). There is also an adjustable arm that is really solid and can suction cup to the windshield or stick to a dash or center console.Powering and setup: It does not seem to have a battery. Ideally, you'd want to connect it to a power outlet that turns on with the ignition instead of one that is always on to save your car battery. It's probably ok either way though as it has a sleep mode that likely wouldn't drain much power.Features: Too numerous to list and many more can be added. In case it isn't obvious, it does require a connected smart phone for most of its functions. It works with Apple and Android. One downside would be that not all apps seem to be compatible with Android Auto. However, all of the apps I wanted to be able to use in my car work well. And it all seems to work with voice commands for hands free operation. It has a backup camera and all of the hardware to hook it up but, unfortunately, I didn't make use of that as my vehicle already has a backup camera. I threw my Garmin in the glove box since now I will only ever need it if I lose cellular service.Software Setup: Connected effortlessly to my phone. My phone was already connected to my vehicle's radio via Bluetooth so the audio just worked after connecting to my phone. It comes with an auxiliary cable to connect to the audio input of the car stereo. If your car stereo doesn't have either Bluetooth or and auxiliary input, the device will just use its built in speakers - just don't expect the greatest audio quality from such a small device. After the initial setup, it turns on automatically when I turn my car on and connects to both my phone (via android auto app) and the Bluetooth on my stereo for audio output. It also automatically starts playing whatever music app I had playing previously (this can be turned off in settings) and shows me google map of my location - all without having to touch the screen or my phone. I installed spotify and Youtube music on my phone and, after restarting the device, it automatically recognized them and added them to the menu with no setup required. Basically everything just kind of works and I just tinkered with a few minor things in the menu such as reordering the apps on the home screen. (Note: pressing the power button won't turn it off - it puts it in sleep mode. To turn it off, I had to disconnect power. I expect holding the power button longer will also turn it off but I didn't try it)Summary: This is a solid device that does everything I hoped it would with easy installation and setup. It turns a dumb car into a smart car for a very reasonable price. I received mine for free but I can easily recommend paying the current asking price of 119.99 for this product. I intend to purchase one for my wife's car.

This little bad boy is a 10 out of 10 for me. Honestly, what’s not to like? You get Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, portability, multiple mounting options (sticky pad, suction cup), and all the fun gadgets without having to replace your entire stereo system.The flexibility is amazing—you can use one phone for navigation while keeping another phone on music without interruptions. It’s totally up to you how you set it up. Even better, you can mount it in your car, take it with you to another vehicle, or use it when traveling in a friend’s car that doesn’t have CarPlay/Android Auto.The connectivity is smooth and fast—no lag, no overheating, and it connects reliably every time. You also get several audio options:Play sound through your existing car stereo via BluetoothUse an aux cord if your car is olderBroadcast via FM transmitterOr use the built-in speaker (though honestly, it’s too weak for daily use, but nice that it’s included)The screen itself is vibrant, wide, and clear, making navigation and apps easy to see at a glance.For the price and features, there’s not much to complain about. Easy to set up, connects to the any phone easily. Compatible with apple or android. Large size easy to see and use. The sound quality is decent, you can also connect an auxiliary cord to the radio in your car and play sound over the car speakers. Great navigation system, connects to Spotify and other apps. The back up camera was easy to hook up and it crystal clear. Everything on it fuctions well. I do thing you can find similar for a better value. It has voice control, and a whole lot of other great features.

This CarPlay screen is everything I needed! I installed it with my Apple Home setup, and it works perfectly with my phone. All my apps sync flawlessly — Spotify, messages, maps, phone calls — and it even has a backup cam. It makes driving so much more convenient, and I love finally having a full screen in my car!
