The bad: The capsules are a little larger than I would prefer. Some of the ingredients sourced globally, having the large “Made in the USA” almost seems misleading.The good: The two capsules daily take place of 8 different supplements. I’ve noticed that my nails grow faster and that I haven’t lost as much hair – a definite plus at my age! And my knees don’t creak as often. My digestion seems to have improved as well. I like that this contains zinc, elderberry, vitamin C, and ginger. I haven't gotten a cold since I beginning these so that's a good thing.The bottle was well sealed both outside and inside the cap. Overall this is a good product and good value.

I normally take colostrum and powder form added to my coffee. I like that this is in pill form for something different and I like that there is elderberry Ginger and zinc had it along with other goodies. It hasn't been difficult for me to take and I don't notice any strange smell or aftertaste. While I haven't noticed any positive effect I haven't noticed anything negative. I like taking this one.
