Oh wow, I am so impressed with this product! Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much after trying natural sleep aids in the past only to find that they just didn’t work. Currently, I do take melatonin nearly every night and sometimes kava to help me sleep.Last night, I gave this product a try. Instantly, I felt more calm and a bit drowsy. After taking a bath, I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. I also slept through the night and I slept deep! This surprised me because I didn’t think I could get quality sleep without help from melatonin.My teen daughter also gave it a try. She absolutely loved the taste. Like me, she slept great and slept a long time. When she woke, she told me she felt well rested.The ingredients in this product are simple and natural. I’m glad that it only contains 5 grams of sugar. Although I’m not a fan of drinking water before bed, this product tastes so good, you don’t have to use a full 8 ounce of liquid and can just drink a more concentrated version in my opinion.I do think this is priced well for a one month supply. After last night’s fabulous sleeping results, I will be sure to continue using this product.

This is a review for Strawberry Limeade - Nighttime Relax drink powder by Just Ingredients. Price at the time of review is $36.11 for $30 servings. This is designed to help you relax to fall asleep. It contains tart cherry which it says has naturally occurring amounts of melatonin and tryptophan, but it doesn't say specifically how much melatonin or tryptophan there is in this drink.I like that this drink has no added sugar, sugar alcohols or artificial flavors.The flavor of this drink is okay, a little strong for me in one 8 oz cup of water, but you definitely get both the lime and strawberry coming through. I tend to water powdered drink mixes down, so most of them are too strongly flavored for me personally, I don't hold that against the product. It took some time to mix into a glass of cold water from the fridge door, and there were still some small lumps when I started drinking. The scoop of powder was larger than I expected.One thing I don't like, is the serving size of water. I don't want to drink an 8 oz glass of water before or close to bedtime.Overall a nice product, a little on the pricey side. I THINK it helped to relax me before bed, but not so much that I would add this to my daily routine, or purchase. I wish it was offered in a 5 serving bag for people to try it out to see how it works for them.

This review is for the 14.8oz bag of Strawberry Limeade - Nighttime Relax drink powder by Just Ingredients.I will start by saying that I am really pleasantly surprised by how great this tasted! Serving size is 1 scoop (to be added with 8oz of water). At first I wasn't sure how much one scoop would be, but then was glad to see a scoop included inside of the bag. This should be consumed in the evening (although I wish the instructions were a bit more clear on how soon before you want to fall asleep, as "the evening" is really vague).I poured the water and then the powder into a shaker bottle, shook for a bit, and thought the product dissolved really well. No clumping, etc. It did foam up a bit after shaking but that subsided. The resulting taste was absolutely delicious! It is sweet, but the lime flavor does a great job of cutting the sweetness. The lime isn't tart by any means, but it from being too sweet. Some drink mixes are a chore to finish - this is not the case with this flavor; it's really enjoyable and easy to drink.At 20 calories per serving and no added sugar, I am happy to incorporate this drink into my nighttime routine. This bag contains 30 servings and is resealable. Expiration date is approximately 19 months after order date.

The Strawberry Limeade Nighttime Relax drink has appealing ingredients, but it wasn’t the right fit for me. I found that the powder didn’t dissolve completely and the flavor had a medicinal taste that I didn’t personally enjoy. It may work well for others who prefer that type of flavor profile, but it just wasn’t to my liking.

No idea if this stuff works. Really there's no way to know. I can say that it tastes fine—pretty tart, which I guess should be expected from a limeade. I followed the dosage instructions but could not get the powder to completely dissolve. Always a fair bit of particulate left on the bottom of the glass.

I've used other products by this brand before and have really enjoyed them so I was excited to give this a try. An issue I've had with other products has been powders not dissolving completely so I was excited to see how fine this powder is and after using if for a week I've had NO issues with it not dissolving all the way. Better but, it mixes really well with no powder left at the bottom of my cup. I found the flavor of this bag to be stronger than other products from this company, so I typically use significantly more water (like 32oz) and I still find the flavor pleasant and enjoy drinking it before bed. It has good ingredients, and my health advisor approved it as a good fluid for after giving birth so that's also why I've been taking it (obviously talk to your own doctor if you want to make sure its a good fit for you after delivering). ingredients

For the past several years I have relied on melatonin. I have read it should be taken for a short time, but how long is that. I also read that as we age we produce less melatonin. The ingredients in this powder I have taken separately. The only supplement that might be a bit short is inositol. The taste is mild and pleasant . The powder doesn’t mix very well stirring with a spoon. I had to keep adding water which is fine because I don’t drink enough. I slept about the same as taking melatonin which is good as I am trying not to take it daily. I have 4 or 5 different sleep supplements as it seems if I take any for 3 days in a row it doesn’t work as well. This powder will work well in my rotation.
