I’ve been using this sodium battery in my Arctic cat for a couple months and seems to be a real win every way. It’s a smaller battery so I had to use foam spacers in the compartment. It’s supposed to have a longer life, but I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

I got this battery to power the lights in my large shed and plan to recharge it using solar. I'm excited to see how this handles the summer heat and the below freezing temps we get in the winter, see how much it's capacity is actually affected by temperature.Before doing that I'm testing it's capacity indoors using a 12v 9w LED bulb to get a baseline.The battery came charged to 12.6v which is nice. It's also very small and very light weight, making it great for all kinds of projects. If temperature really doesn't affect it much, and it charges ok over solar, then I'll probably invest in more Sodium-Ion batteries to start replacing my lead acid.The one down side to the battery is the way the posts are designed. This seems to be a common design for these little motorcycle batteries, but i think it's a terrible design. The terminal posts themselves aren't threaded, so you have to use a loose nut to secure the post bolt. Along with that it comes with regular nuts for the bolts rather than square nuts, and the nuts aren't captured in any way (so you have to use 2 tools to tighten/loosen the bolts, and it's really not possible to tighten or loosen inside a tight box unless you epoxy the nuts in place. They also fall out easily until you get the bolts threaded, again unless you epoxy them in place). So taking 1 star off for the manufacturer not at least including square nuts so you don't need 2 tools just to tighten/loosen the bolts.While setting this up, taking pictures, and writing this review, the battery hasn't dropped below 12.5v yet.

The battery provides good value for the cost. In theory you could discharge it to zero and the sodium cells wouldn't get damaged. It's small and has a decent cca rating. My complaints are about the functionality of the included hardware. The bolts are too short to reach the nuts along with the nuts being to narrow stop rotation in the posts. This turns a simple battery swap into a complicated install requiring new hardware or having to wedge and raise the nuts.

Sodium Ion: all of the upsides of Lithium Ion but with fewer downsides. It won't catch fire anywhere near as easily, it works in sub-freezing temperatures, and isn't as sensitive to high temperatures.This little battery is quite surprising. It's well built, requiring a surprising amount of effort to open it up. The cells are arranged in a 4s4p matrix and they are fully potted into the bottom of the case with a generous amount of silastic glue. The internal wiring is beefy and well-attached, and the spot welds on the battery tabs look good.While the nominal voltage of this battery is 12V, the charging voltage is 15.5V. I charged it up and tested it a few times, and it had no trouble meeting its 3.4 Ah rating.I decided to really torture test it and plugged it into my 2017 Miata with a high-compression 2.0L motor. Mazda spec a battery with over 500 CCA for this car, so I figured it there was no way this was going to work.I was wrong.This battery started my car without issue. Of course, with only 3.4Ah of capacity, it won't have a ton of reserve capacity, but it's still a huge accomplishment.At the current $30 price tag, this battery is a huge value.

I put in a utv started right up went checked feeders started it 2 more times. After parking it for 2 hours went to go start it and had no power put in on a charger for 2 hours and it was still dead.Going to rerun it

Super lightweight battery. Capacity is on a smaller side for its size, just 3.4 Ah. Dimensions are as described: 5.9x3.7x3.4. Battery charges just fine and holds the charge well. Comes with a set of nuts and bolts to connect wires to terminals. Nuts are a little finicky to hold in place, but overall it is easy to install and connect.

Some new tech in battery power.. Sodium-Ion. Lasts longer, retains power at a constant voltage and it lighter. I needed an external 12v power pack to run some field scanning equipment and this lasts longer that the $1200 of internal batteries I would have to purchase. It runs my equipment all day and is very company and easy to transport.Great value.
