It's an attractive and sturdy insulated cup. It'll arrive boxed as shown. It's a nice design which has the "texture depth" of actual Minecraft objects. Some "pixels" have a bit of relief, some are glossy, some are matte, etc., and so the container is slightly textured and grabby. There's also a silicone foot on the bottom which helps keep the container in place and helps prevent loud sounds when the container's put down. It has a bottom-heavy feel to it even when fully filled, so it is more stable than a common drink can of the same size would be.The mouthpiece takes a bit of effort to open and close - a sign of quality. It has a small latch that clicks when fully engaged. In this condition, I could not get the container to leak even with vigorous shaking. The mouthpiece & lid are leakproof when closed, and the mouthpiece is large enough to accomodate a straw when open. I put ice water in it and it's still icy several hours later. It's been through the heat of a typical midsummer day.At first, I got this item simply because I enjoy Minecraft things. But after a few years of drinking through straws, losing straw toppers, and having to use special brushes to clean everything, this can-shaped container is a well-appreciated convenience. There's no straw or topper to lose - the lid just shuts securely, keeps the liquids in, and keeps the bugs out! Despite looking like a drink can, it is larger than most of them in both height and diameter. The silicone "lids" and "caps" that work with normal drink cans will not fit this. But, you won't need them since the mouthpiece mechanism is very secure.I recommend washing it with soap and water before first use (as its tag instructs), and then leaving water in it for a while to pick up any remnants. A drop or two of detergent will suffice to clean the item. Don't use too much like I did - we're just trying to remove any oils that might remain from manufacturing.I think the value for money is average, but for my situation, it still gets 5 stars. It's more reliable than my other drink containers - less parts to break or lose. 16oz isn't a lot of capacity for an active adult, but the container is compact, sturdy, and easily brought along anywhere. This makes it an ideal "supplemental" or "utility" container. In winter, I'll probably keep hot soup in this thing.Overall, it's a cool and useful item, and recommended :)

If you've had any Igloo brand products before, you know the quality is great, and this is no exception. The price rivals cheaper box-store options, so why bother!My 10-year old daughter is a Minecraft fanatic, her school requires water bottles be sent (still.) There is a bit of an obsession around these, so I was so happy to find a Minecraft offering. She was super excited that we found a Minecraft option! The quality is superb; this particular model doesn't have a straw, which I find refreshing (washing the straws and attachments is such a pain.) We proved it can be placed upside down without leakage if the opening is sealed. It has a rubber bottom, which is great for when it comes home and gets put on the table, and prevents damage to the bottle itself. The instructions mention top rack dishwasher safe, which we would attempt regardless, and being Igloo brand, I have no doubt it will hold up. We haven't specifically tested how long it will keep cold liquids cold, but I have no doubt it will stay cool throughout the school day without issue (and probably much longer, but not a need for us.)This is a great water bottle, at a decent price. If Minecraft matters to you or the recipient, you will be very pleased.

As a bottle, this one got a lot of great features. Fits standard cup holders, leak proof, rubber bottom helps soften noise when setting it down, and the handle has a wide grip that makes it great to carry by. The pattern gives it a slight texture, making it easier to hold. The handle is comfortable with some rubber padding and folds down to not stick out. Wide mouth = easier cleaning.Some small downsides...not deal breakers, and is unique due to the some of the highlights so it's hard to judge. But the collapsed mouthpiece is a little unintuitive. You have to get used to pointing the tab away from you when closed, to click up and flip it nearly 200° to point back at you. Also the handle folding is a one way street.Lastly, the bottle we got had a bottom dent/scrape already in the paint right out of the box. Hopefully will not compromise the paint whenever we try to put this in a top rack dishwasher (easier said than done, at this length of a bottle.)Would definitely recommend for your Minecraft fan. It is very cool and does what a bottle needs to do. And glows in the dark!! Wish I could give a 4.5 stars.

I got this for my second grader son who loves minecraft. He loves the design. It is a very solid, high quality stainless steel bottle. The mouse opening can be a bit tricky, but you get use to it. Cleaning is quite easy as it has large opening. We love it!

Looks exactly as pictured. I really like how the handle is made to fit flat against the body when not in use. The last picture I’ve uploaded shows the difference between glow and no glow (left side was exposed to light for a few seconds). Without the top, it stands at about 21.5 cm.I can’t speak on the leak resistance or heat/cold retention, as I got this to add to my Minecraft collection in my game room.
