    This NGTeco Cloud-Based Time Clock has been an amazing addition for my business with my editors, especially since it brings so much ease and reliability to tracking attendance without any monthly fees for the core features!Right off the bat, the fingerprint and RFID options are fantastic for quick and secure clock-ins, which is great for eliminating those old "buddy punching" problems. The dual-band 2.4G and 5G WiFi support ensures super stable connections, and setting it up was a total breeze! A really nice touch is the included software and mobile app, which makes managing everything remotely and checking attendance logs from anywhere super convenient, which is a huge plus for me. We're also really love that it handles customizable shifts, whether they're fixed, rotating, or flexible.A really nice touch is the built-in battery which is fantastic for safeguarding all our data during any power outages, giving some real peace of mind.Just a heads-up though, while the fingerprint reader is usually super quick, it can sometimes need an extra try, especially if fingers are a bit dry or the screen gets smudged, so we just make sure to keep it clean.All in all, this is quite a decent cloud-based time clock. Its secure biometric options, reliable connectivity, convenient remote management, and free core features make it a very appealing option for any small business looking to streamline attendance.     First of all, I love that there is no monthly fee to use this. That definitely helps with the decision to get this. The time clock is small and lightweight and pretty easy to mount. I thought it was nice that they included some cards to get you started. I also love that there is a fingerprint option too. It works well, but sometimes you have to work it a little to get the fingerprint to work. I love that you can either use an app to track people or the web. Also, it was a nice touch that you can either connect via cable or wifi. I've read that their tech support is good, but I haven't had to call it. Well done time clock!

    Good hardware with a lots of features packed in you can clock in through printer prints RF ID cards. It can be wirelessly connected or through Ethernet cord. The setup is kinda easy and straightforward. But this app is a little bit hard to use and to export reports. After set up, I have some hard time to managing it.

Good build, solid.I picked up the NGTeco for my small business, and honestly, it’s been a solid upgrade from our old manual punch system. What I like most is that it works both with fingerprint and facial recognition, so employees don’t have to carry anything or remember a PIN. It’s just walk up, scan, and done—it makes the whole process faster and cuts down on time clock crowding during shift changes.Setup was easier than I expected. It connects to both 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi, and once you get the app installed, everything syncs to the cloud.     I was excited to try this fingerprint time clock as we have had some problems with employees punching other people's time cards. Whether it was on purpose or not, it messes with your payroll so I was looking forward to having a biometric device that would eliminate that issue.While it has done a good job of eliminating the timecard error issue, it has presented a new one which is that the fingerprint reader doesn't always read employees fingerprints it's probably about a one in 20 occasion which is a fairly high error rate. There are a lot of things that could be causing this in particular due to the work environment the fingerprint reader screen can get smudged so we do have to make an effort to keep it clean so that it works well. I don't know what the solution to this is and for a machine that's as inexpensive as this one I don't expect that the manufacturer will spend much time trying to resolve it either. Outside of this singular gripe we are quite happy with the performance of this time clock.

    Questo Rilevatore Presenze è una manna dal celo per qualsiasi piccola impresa. Non solo per l'hardware ben curato ed assemblato, ma soprattutto per il software di gestione alle spalle, dettagliato e ben curato e del tutto gratuito.Con questo sistema di gestione è possibile applicare qualsiasi regola di accesso con gestione gerarchica ed avere un pieno controllo sulla presenza lavorativa dei dipendenti, grazie all'avanzata reportistica statistica. Il tutto comodamente in cloud e consultabile ovunque.Il sistema degli accessi tramite RFID da smartphone è geniale, e permette di risparmiare sulla stampa di tesserini fisici. Ce ne sono comunque 5 presenti nella confezione, pronti per la stampa personalizzata.Molto soddisfatto di questo prodotto, oltre ogni aspettativa.

    Un ottimo contatore di presenze con impronta digitale e tessere NFC. Bello esteticamente tramite un software sono riuscito a collegarlo anche ad un apertura automatica attraverso alcuni passaggi, questo per fare capire le potenzialità del prodotto. La sua giunzione principale è quella di conteggiare l entrata e l uscita di ogni singolo codice (impronta o tessera) per semplificare il totale. Utile per aziende con più operai, o per personale di servizio ecc. Ottimo e versatile. Soddisfatto.

    Questo Rilevatore Presenze è una manna dal celo per qualsiasi piccola impresa. Non solo per l'hardware ben curato ed assemblato, ma soprattutto per il software di gestione alle spalle, dettagliato e ben curato e del tutto gratuito.Con questo sistema di gestione è possibile applicare qualsiasi regola di accesso con gestione gerarchica ed avere un pieno controllo sulla presenza lavorativa dei dipendenti, grazie all'avanzata reportistica statistica. Il tutto comodamente in cloud e consultabile ovunque.Il sistema degli accessi tramite RFID da smartphone è geniale, e permette di risparmiare sulla stampa di tesserini fisici. Ce ne sono comunque 5 presenti nella confezione, pronti per la stampa personalizzata.Molto soddisfatto di questo prodotto, oltre ogni aspettativa.

    Un ottimo contatore di presenze con impronta digitale e tessere NFC. Bello esteticamente tramite un software sono riuscito a collegarlo anche ad un apertura automatica attraverso alcuni passaggi, questo per fare capire le potenzialità del prodotto. La sua giunzione principale è quella di conteggiare l entrata e l uscita di ogni singolo codice (impronta o tessera) per semplificare il totale. Utile per aziende con più operai, o per personale di servizio ecc. Ottimo e versatile. Soddisfatto.

    Spesso nn legge le impronte digitali, a tre dipendenti su 10 ho dovuto dare la card per la timbratura.

    Ho avuto modo di provare questo dispositivo per circa un mese insieme ad alcuni colleghi con cui condivido l’ufficio (siamo freelance e non una vera azienda) ed è stata un’esperienza interessante ma abbiamo notato anche dei difettucci.📦 Packaging 📦Il prodotto arriva con il terminale principale, manualistica chiara e tutto il necessario!La configurazione iniziale è stata abbastanza semplice perchè si collega rapidamente al Wi-Fi (supporta sia 2.4 GHz che 5 GHz, quindi nessun problema di compatibilità) e tramite l’app dedicata si gestisce tutto in maniera intuitiva, anche se l'app è migliorabile come interfaccia.✅ Funzionalità ✅➤ Permette la timbratura tramite impronta digitale o badge RFID.➤ I dati si sincronizzano automaticamente sul cloud e sono consultabili da remoto via app o browser.➤ Supporta diverse modalità di gestione turni e la creazione di report.➤ In caso di assenza di rete, le timbrature vengono salvate e caricate in automatico appena torna la connessione.➤ È multilingua (c’è anche l’italiano) e non richiede alcun abbonamento per il funzionamento base.📲 Esperienza d’uso 📲Nel nostro caso è stato utile per avere un registro delle presenze chiaro e condiviso.Il software e l’app permettono di visualizzare i dati in tempo reale e di organizzarli in maniera piuttosto precisa.❌ Difetto ❌Un punto che abbiamo notato è che il lettore di impronte non sempre riconosce al primo colpo, soprattutto se il dito è troppo secco o se l’appoggio non è perfetto. Nulla di grave ma a volte servono più tentativi. In alternativa, il sistema RFID è molto più rapido e pratico e va alla grande.Resta comunque il fatto che quando non prende è una seccatura e si perde tempo, quindi valutate se effettivamente sia un prodotto che fa al caso vostro. Di certo è utile quando si ha un piccolo team.📅 Dopo un mese di utilizzo possiamo dire che è un dispositivo solido, egregiamente affidabile per chi vuole gestire presenze e turni senza complicazioni e non avendo costi mensili lo trovo una soluzione comoda per piccoli team o realtà che non vogliono abbonamenti.👉 Pro: configurazione veloce, Wi-Fi dual band, cloud gratuito, gestione remota.👉 Contro: impronte non sempre lette al primo tentativo, app migliorabile nell’interfaccia.Nel complesso un prodotto valido se non avete grandi pretese ma che fa esattamente quello che promette.

    ✔️ 🅿🅷🅸🅻 🆃🅸 🅲🅾🅽🆂🅸🅶🅻🅸🅰 ✔️⚙️Funzionamento ⚙️Come da titolo , non gli manca davvero nulla , infatti tra le varie funzionalità molto apprezzate, vi èla presenza di un ClouD totalmente gratuito, che consente quindi di memorizzare i dati inbackground senza una memoria esterna supplementare o comunque senza eventuali abbonamentinecessari. l’unico abbonamento, se di interesse è la possibilità di attivare il posizionamento GPS checosta solo €9,90 una tantum, quindi a pagamento effettuato non avrete altri abbonamenti.Questo rilevatore di presenza per i dipendenti, non ha limiti di registrazione , quindi poteteregistrare 100 o migliaia di dipendenti senza problemi , la registrazione è molto semplice guidata edintuitiva.Il dipendente può registrare la sua presenza sia tramite le carte fornite in dotazione , così cometramite impronta digitale o anche passando il telefono o un altro dispositivo a riconoscimento rfidQuesto dispositivo ha un software integrato , che in maniera automatica mostra e dà riscontritramite dei diagrammi molto intuitivi , per verificare la produttività , registrare gli orari , quindi lepresenze e tutto ciò che concerne il dipendente , catalogarlo e fornire le informazioni al dipendentestesso.Questo smaltisce il lavoro ed offre una visione d’insieme molto più intuitiva al titolare dell’azienda.Tutte le funzionalità del dispositivo , si possono registrare sia in locale che tramite connessione wifi ovunque vi troviate , l’applicazione è molto semplice ed intuitiva , pochi semplici comandi perriorganizzare i dati memorizzati , condividerli ed aggiornarli.Ovviamente i dati si possono esportare in una memoria fisica.Presente anche un calendario all’interno del dispositivo stesso, per visionare i dati memorizzati digiorno in giorno, di mese in mese e trovarli molto più facilmente.Questo dispositivo possiede anche una batteria ad alta capacità interna, che consente quindi dipoterlo utilizzare anche in caso di Blackout e quindi mancanza di fornitura elettrica.Il dispositivo è multi piattaforma, quindi si può utilizzare sia su Android , sia su Windows e viadiscorrendo , il tutto lo si può tradurre velocemente in otto lingue diverse, così da avere un riscontrocon qualsiasi dipendente appartenente a qualsiasi etnia o razza. Presente all’interno del softwarestesso anche una chat integrata per poter conversare rapidamente con i vostri dipendenti.Decisamente un ottimo sistema per monitorare la vostra azienda , senza dispendio di energie , conrisparmio su i costi , massima assistenza da parte del produttore. Direi dunque di consigliarnel’acquisto.
