I’ve reached up to 32 mph on Mode 5 with a little downhill assist, and it comfortably cruises around 28 mph on flat ground-perfect for breezy summer rides. The battery performance has been solid on multiple 10-mile trips.The companion app is fantastic—clean, efficient, and great for tracking miles, achievements, and medals. It even awards Class 3 status, unlocking the full 28 mph cruising speed as advertised.I also received my derailleur guard quickly, and customer service has been professional and responsive throughout.Overall, this bike delivers on performance, style, and reliability. This bike is so awesome I can’t recommend it enough to all my family members and friends ! This bike is a true head turner it catches attention everywhere I go and it’s so fun to ride around the city the pedal assist it offers is amazing or you can turn it completely off and ride it like a normal bike! The seat cushion is also awesome it’s so comfortable everyone loves it ! And the battery life is also great I’ve only charged it once since I got it and I rode about 65 miles with my pedal assist on level 1 which is pretty quick and safe! Over all this bike isn’t that heavy or big I’m standing at 5’10” and it’s perfect for me! I would highly recommend this e-bike as a top contender!

The Good: Assembled easy. Fun to ride and comfortable considering the frame type. Good quality considering the cost, although it is heavy.The bad: the reason I won’t give it five stars is that it fails miserably when it comes to power. Advertised as capable of 28mph and actually goes no faster than 19-20 mph. Makes a huge difference on a 7 to 8 mile commute. For reference, my total weight with backpack is 185 pounds, but it doesn’t go any faster for my 110 pounds girlfriend. This is an annoying thing to lie about, and if the bike wouldn’t have been so low cost I wouldn’t have given it even three stars because of this.

Bike ran as advertised for about 2 weeks (80 miles on odometer) when it lost power to the rear wheel. Rear wheel would spin when you held back tire off the ground, but wouldn't spin with any weight on the bike. Opened a warranty ticket with TST and went back and forth sending them photos and videos of the issues for 2 weeks. Last communication was that they would get back to me with a solution and after a week of no communication, I called their support and was told they'd get back to me in 2 days. Another week past and no communication so I started a warranty return through Bolo who refunded me within 3 days and the next day I received an RMA return shipping label, had to go to the local bike shop to get a box, disassemble the bike then ship it back. Very painful process that took about 5 weeks from start to finish.

This is the second one I bought. I use one and my 10 year old son uses the other. I’m 5’ 8” and 175 lbs. He’s a typical 10 year old. Works fine for both of us. Great quality and a great price. Relatively easy to assemble…under 1 hour. Battery comes fully charged.

I’ve owned this bike for 2 weeks now and I must say that I’m overall impressed with the performance of the motor/throttle and pedal assist. This bike easily reaches 28mph on flat ground in no time. This thing really zips. On steep uphill grades (I live in a Colorado mountain town) it tends to cap out around 10mph. The pedal assist will help you with the climb if you’re willing to push a couple cranks on the drivetrain but it’s by no means a speed demon in steeps.The frame design is solid and the welds are good quality and consistent. The bike is intuitive and comfortable to ride. There is an obvious “hum” with the motor that you should except from most brushless motors. It’s not silent but it’s also not loud.The drivetrain shifts rather efficiently and with little resistance. Giving you a more dialed in kind of feeling when using the pedal assist.My main issue came with the braking components. Out of the box I noticed there was a slight bleed in the front brake caliper that was only further aggravated by use. The fluid continues to leak onto the rotor; thus contaminating the brake pads and resulting in an incredibly loud “brake squeal” that honestly turns heads. Very quickly the feeling of the brakes has become “squishy” to the point I fear for their responsiveness.I intent to replace the brake system with Shimano MT200’s and subsequent new shimano rotors. While it’s not a massive cost it did add ~$100 to my overall investment.I can’t speak for whether this is a quality control issue or a fault of the brake company but if you live in a steeper environment except to have to replace the braking system immediately.Overall I think for the cost this is a quality e-scooter/bike but I’d rather have spent slightly more for higher quality components.
