When I got this and opened the box, it looked so large in my apartment that I was horrified. Just. So. Big. Then I had to wrestle it out of the box it came in and that was a job. It was so well packed and I was finding that every piece was surrounded by styrofoam. It weighed a lot! Assembling it was easy. The quality is good, but I couldn’t get the basket to open up as there was extra wire keeping it together for shipping (I’ll get a friend to cope with it. No rush, as I probably don’t need it anyway.). It’s comfortable and actually the right size for me now that I’ve adjusted to it. I’ve been able to maneuver to where I need to be at a decent rate of speed.The only problem I really had with this scooter was the backing up beep being so loud that everyone around me winced. But I figured out where the speaker was located which was right behind the rear wheels. I turned the scooter on its side, wrapped the speaker in a plastic bag, then went around that with painters tape. Once I determined that was the solution, I then wrapped it in duct tape. I had to go around it twice to really lower the sound but it worked out. No complaints now even from my sister who swore it had made her ears bleed (drama queen). FYI, you could probably take the speaker off entirely, but that might affect your warranty. I then made sure it was on my renter’s insurance.

Has made a big difference in mobility. My dog is very happy that I no longer slow him down because I can't walk fast enough. Plenty of power and speed, handles bumpy terrain well but not so good in deeper gravel. The battery is long lasting and the headlight powerful. A good product.

Used this scooter at the state fair. It was great. I was thanking God that I didn’t have to walk. I wouldn’t have even made it to the gate. It’s really cute, my favorite color. I didn’t know they made purple scooters, but here we are. 💜 I love it. Ready to take it somewhere else. Seems very sturdy. My only issue is it’s quite heavy. But my hubby and I get it into the SUV pretty easily. Very reasonably priced too. Easy to drive. My bff wants to buy one too.

Yeah, it’s a bit heavy to lift, but that weight equals unbeatable stability. It stays rock-solid on uneven ground—no wobbling at all. The heft makes it feel durable, like it’ll last for years. I’d trade a little extra weight for this kind of security any day. It’s worth it for the steady, safe rides.

Delivered very well packaged and packaged rock solid. It was very easy to remove from box. You only had to cut down on both sides of box and slide away. Make sure you charge for 12 hours first and you get the most runtime from battery. It was so easy to put together and after initial charge, start running it right away. Its a great buy and we'll worth the money. So far I'm happy with it and I love it.

The scooter is one that you can put in your car. The only problem is it’s too heavy for me to lift. It’s very lightweight as far as riding it. Kind of hard to control. In the area where your feet go is plastic and it cracked very easy. Don’t recommend this to anyone.
