The media could not be loaded. FIRST OBSERVATIONS:Comes fully assembled, has 4 wheels, carrying handle, folds down to access trunk/rear hatch, receiver adapter folds up & in to make more compact. Comes with instructions and extra clamping cushions.Has detachable ramp to roll bike onto carrier. The ramp also expands and contracts making it easy to store inside your vehicle.Two different size locking mounts that safely and securely attach to the U-post and then to the frames of the bikes.Has red reflective tape on rear of carrier.From carton to ready to go only takes minutes.It has some weight to it but it is easy to install into 2" receiver hitch by using the handle and the post, and you can roll it to or from your vehicle.TO USE:The hitch adapter slides into the receiver and the spring loaded clip that hooks into the pin lock hole to secure it into place. Then using the supplied Allen key you tighten the internal clamp and it expands inside locking the carrier to the hitch and also eliminating any play.(NOTE: It does not take a locking hitch pin, or a regular hitch pin, so I suggest that you install an external lock to the carrier and your hitch for safety and security.)Unfold the ends, hook the ramp to the carrier, roll your bike carefully onto the carrier, attach the post attaching mount and lock both wheel attachment mounts.The ramp and the carrier have shallow grooves for the bike tires so roll it on carefully and use the brake to stop the bike from rolling uncontrolled.You may have to adjust your pedals to clear the mounting post.The post attaching mount secures to the post by twisting it until it clamps down onto the post.Check the mounting to make sure it is tight and lock the post mount with one of the keys.Repeat with second bike if needed.FEATURES:FOLDS VERY COMPACTLY, WHEELS TO ROLL AROUND, HANDLE TO CARRY & LIFT, COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED, RAMP FOR LOADING, 2 KEYS TO LOCK BIKE TO UPRIGHT MOUNT POST, TILTS DOWN WITH BIKES ATTACHED SO YOU HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR HATCH.SPECIAL FUNCTIONS:Foot lever to release the carrier so that carrier tilts to the rear.Hitch adapter folds in for more compact storageFolds fairly compact so you can store it out of the way in your garage/basement/house.FINAL THOUGHTS and all positive things to say!I really like this carrier as it seems very sturdy. It holds my Lectric XP4 Step-Through ebike very well.There are a few possible minor issues/improvements that I would like to see would be:1. Allow the use of a hitch locking pin to stop thieves from stealing the carrier easily, or falling out of the hitch.2. The hold down clamps look a little lightweight and not robust. Time and use will tell.3. I would want to see an additional locking pin to secure the carrier from tilting.(I will add more securing straps/locks for my peace of mind though.)My ebike fits on this carrier nicely and is very stable.

This is a great e-Bike rack that's pretty easy to attach to just about any kind of vehicle, even though it's heavy-duty and not super light. It's way more sturdy than just about any of the others we looked at in stores. We just used it on a trip we took to the southern states where we stayed at a campground while hiking and biking. Our bikes are pretty heavy for e-bikes, weighing about 75-80 lbs each, and this handled both of them at once fabulously. It can also accommodate the large 5" wide wheels because it has the broader tracks, and since the rack has effectively a built-in ramp, you don't have to really lift, but just load and unload by rolling it. When installed, it only protrudes about a foot from the back of the car, so is compact and won't get in the way when it comes to fitting in parking spaces. I think my favorite feature is that it won't block the trunk of a regular car or SUV because it can be tilted out of the way without detaching it. There are sturdy straps to secure the bikes, with anti-theft and anti-scratch features, so the bikes won't come loose or move around, and you don't have to worry if you stop somewhere that they can easily be stolen. We had no issues at all, which made our trip so much more enjoyable not having to worry about how to bring our bikes along without it being a hassle. Overall, this e-Bike transport rack with ramp seems to be a very sturdy versatile solution for anyone who travels and bikes a lot. I would definitely recommend it!

I have been looking for a bike rack with a ramp because my ebike is quite heavy and I'm just not strong enough to lift it off and on a bike rack. This rack solves that problem. It is fully assembled out of the box and is on wheels. The ramp makes it easy to roll your bike onto or off of the rack. Genius idea! Tilts so you can get to your trunk or hatch. Locking mounts assure that your bikes are attached securely and safely. My bike feels very stable when it's on the rack. It doesn't jut way out from the back of the car like other racks I have seen.This rack is very heavy and substantial. If you are an old lady like me, you will likely need help installing it. My neighbor recently got a new bike rack, so I asked him to help me with it and to give me an honest assessment. I think he was a bit jealous......he paid a lot more money for his and I honestly don't think it's nearly as good a product. He thought it was a terrific rack and a great value for the price. Functions beautifully and then rolls away to be stored in the garage. Very pleased!

It works well for the most part. Does not work with trucks or campers. Would have been nice to know before we bought it. Ramp could be a little longer. Holds tight with no wiggle. Poor description on the bikes it fits.

Overall the rack is OK and seems sturdy. My bike is a bit on the heavier side and I'm a little concerned about taking it on a longer trip. So far so good though so I cannot complain. It was very easy to install and the folding feature and wheels are very nice and make moving it around easy.
