The media could not be loaded. I like a good wind chime. My grandparents used to have a couple and they make me pleasantly nostalgic. So it is not surprising that my wife and I have a couple, too. We have a large one (4') at the front door that greets guests and for ourselves to enjoy. Then we have a couple of much smaller ones in the backyard as part of our “not-yet-over-the-top” yard art exhibit.But there is a difference to this one. It truly rings out. It is at least three times louder than the other similarly sized models that tend to simply tinkle. And the resonance is stronger, too. I don't know if it is the material (aluminum) from which the tubes are made that makes the difference or the baked on coating. I am uncertain as to what role any one factor plays in the performance of the chimes, but they should all be like this one. While this one from XXXFlower is advertised as large, it is, in fact, not that much bigger than the others in this price range. The tubes have a greater diameter and the metal is thicker, but the length is in the same part of town.Oh, and when did chimes become a go to sympathy gift? I see so many now that memorialize a person or pet. Well this one does, too. It is not a religious or a depressing message, just a nice phrase printed on the bottom heart-shaped pendant. I mention this in case you were thinking of gifting the item.I've recorded and posted an 11 second video so you can hear the sound of this fine item. Sorry it is so short, but that is how much my e-mail provider will let me send myself from my phone. I also manipulated the chimes to get a reasonable facsimile of the wind blowing the tubes about. It is a very close reproduction of their sonic quality; they ring clear and true. I am thrilled that someone took the time to get it right especially at this lower price. At this point, it should be no surprise that I am giving this wind chime a 5 Star rating with a strong recommendation.

Absolutely beautiful sounding wind chimes! Fantastic value! They are very well made and the sounds are rich in tone! They look good and sound great! Nice memorial piece! I highly recommend!
