Amazing book; bought it on a whim, but was astounded how the author has put together perspectives with ample examples. If nothing, just read the first chapter " Pi focuses on effort" based on the movie "Life of Pi" and nobody would have thought of the life perspective that the author brought to light in that chapter. The worksheets provided at the end of each chapter is highly useful in putting the ideas in practice until it becomes a habit.....Overall, This book breaks self‑help down into ten manageable steps you can truly apply. The real‑life stories, chapter worksheets, and consistent focus on habit‑building make it more than just reading—it becomes doing. Highly recommended if you want clarity, structure, and sustainable growth.
