I know, it’s a bit odd. It’s a clutch bag in the shape of a turtle. I just thought it was so cool and so different, which is it. This bag is very sturdy and made very well. It’s not big and won’t fit much, but that’s not really the point. It’s a show piece, something to look at more than something to be utilized. I like this bag and think it’s really cool.

This is an adorable novelty purse! My daughter has a degree in wildlife biology and I knew she would love this purse! It's super cute, but also functional. The handle is very sturdy. It comes with a chain so it can be worn as a crossbody if desired. There's not a whole lot of room, but enough for your keys, lipstick and possibly phone depending on the size. My daughter hangs her purses on the wall of her bedroom and this one is by far the coolest looking one on her wall!

This is a bit silly, so if you’re not completely i. love with the pics it’s not gonna change your mind in person. It’s small strap and bulky shape make it a bit of a pain as a bag AND a clutch. This combined with it’s silly style means it’s definitely not an “every outfit” piece. The leather is good enough, though I suspect the color will start to crack and come off as it ages. Hard to recommend this unless you’re just in love with the style.

This is the most perfect turtle purse I have ever owned. Like all JW Pei offerings, he is presented like a designer purchase, and arrives in a thick, glossy white branded box. When you open the box, the bag is wrapped in tissue and protected in a branded dust bag. JW Pei also has amazing hardware for the price point of its cute, on-trend vegan accessories.But, like with their pigeon bag, they outdid themselves here. He is adorbs.; and surprisingly roomy. My standard iPhone 16E in a slim case does not fit, however. You can sort of squeeze it in with the case removed. But, there is plenty of room for cosmetics, keys, cards and cash. There is one small interior pocket. A removable chain shoulder strap is included.I love him.
