I am a long time user of basic/regular pillows and have never purchased a different style or type of pillow before. I have been a stomach sleeper my entire life and tend to prefer a thinner/flatter pillow because I sleep with my arms above my head and under my pillow (if that makes sense).This pillow is considered a CERVICAL pillow and is designed to work with several different types of sleepers but it is PERFECT for stomach sleepers/people who sleep similarly to how I described above. This pillow has indentations/cut outs on each side for my arms to fit perfectly in when I sleep with them above my head. This is a feature that many stomaches will appreciate. Waking up after the FIRST night of using this new pillow, I immediately felt like my body felt better than usual, and it seemed to continue to improve after several days. Most importantly, I felt really rested as I was no longer tossing or turning in my sleep as I had in the past.Don't be fooled into thinking that this is only for stomache sleepers because it's absolutely designed for back and side sleepers with features suited for those individuals as well!This is pillow uses specially processed and designed memory foam and high quality materials from BASF in Germany for excellent resilience and softness! This memory foam pillow contours to your body's natural curve, offerinf excellent support for your head, neck and shoulders, ensuring a comfortable sleeping position. The included reusable pillow case is easy to wash and is made of soft, durable breathable fibers that are hypoallergenic and moisture wicking.Its awesome that changing something as simple and inexpensive as a pillow could have such dramatic, noticable improvements in my overall sleeping health.

Disclaimer: I'm elderly and have Rheumatoid Arthritis which impacts my sleepingBecause I've not had the best of luck with memory foam pillows in the past I admit to being a bit skeptical about this pillow when I was asked to try it.Well, color me surprised, this pillow actually helps me sleep better. The first night or two weren't great because of the learning curve on how to use it. Once I found a position I liked for the pillow it's been great (I've now been using it every night for several weeks).Because I'm old and dealing with medical issues I often end up sleeping in my recliner. Unfortunately, my new recliner wasn't great for sleeping until I added this pillow to the mix. Flipping it upside down does the trick!All said, I'm surprised at how much I like this pillow. I am even planning on taking it with me on an upcoming trip.Bonus - a regular pillowcase fits this oddly sized pillow!I do have a suggestion for the manufacturer that has nothing to do with quality or comfort- provide some kind of direction/guidance card on how to use the pillow and care for it. I personally would have liked a little guidance on how various positions can help alleviate discomfort. I did figure it out on my own, but a little direction would help with the learning curve.

This pillow has been amazing! I have a lot of issues with my back from my younger days. Bulged discs and bad arthritis on L4 and L5 from sports and military. I been looking for a pillow that can alleviate the burden off my back over night. I tried so many pillows from a lot of different high end brands but they were all about the same. This one however really helps me especially because I sleep on my sides and my back. The memory foam perfectly shapes around my posture and the ergonomic of the pillow is exactly how I need it to be for when I sleep on my sides and my back. I been having stress tension on my neck and this has helped me greatly. It came in a nice packaging vacuum sealed, so you will want to let it expand and air it out for a day or two. It does have some smell initially just like any other memory foam products, but it does disappear completely after couple days. Oh also it comes with a pillow case already so you don’t have to worry about that.Happy with my purchase! I get a way better sleep!

This pillow is amazing! I’d been having increasing problems using a regular pillow, waking up 2-3 times a week with a sore neck or sore shoulder blade, for maybe two months. I’ve now been using this pillow for three months and haven’t had any issues with stiffness. It’s been a lifesaver!Two things to note: There is a chemical-ish smell when you first open the pillow. It took two weeks for the smell to go away for me, but it’s been totally fine ever since. Also, I’m a side sleeper and it took me a couple nights to figure out how to sleep on this pillow. Turns out side sleepers are supposed to sleep on either end of the pillow, but not the middle.
