Great spikes. Our son runs XC and Track and replced his spikes in his shoes. He didnt realize what a difference the sharper spikes made. He states they feel lighter and have held up really well through 6 races so far so they seem pretty durable. They were easy to screw into the shoes with the tool. Overall they are a great size and are working well.

I purchased these for my 16 year old who runs hurdles for track. They work great with her current pair of cleats. They are sturdy, great quality and the perfect length for what she needed. The included spike wrench makes installation easy and ensures they are in tight and correctly. Can't beat it for $5! Great value and I won't need to buy her more spikes for probably 2 or more years! I would have paid $20 for this at the store. Great find!

I got these spikes for my son who runs cross country and track. They fit perfectly in his Nike spikes. They thread well and are easy to install. The included tool works well.They feel very sturdy and are very pointy and a bit sharp. The attached picture is how they look after he ran a 5K cross country race in them, so they do hold up well. I usually swap spikes out every race but may keep these in longer as they still look good.They are a great value at the current listed price of $4.97. Track season is back and these came in clutch! My son’s spikes were worn down and even missing a few after just the first meet. Ordered these and they delivered quickly and fit great in the shoes. Highly recommend. Great value. So far they arnt wearing down as fast as the ones that came with his spikes so that’s a plus! Tool that was included makes it easy to install.
