I take collagen supplements and use a lot of collagen skincare products. The box is nice in design and the jelly sticks are very similar to hydration sticks. Ingredient wise, its high quality. They contain 3,000mg of low molecular marine collagen which is a decent amount along with Korean green plum extract which is fantastic. I love that they are sugar free and boast being a great evening snack! Last night, my husband and I tried them for the first time. Upon opening a stick (which is easy to open and use), I noticed that it smelled like burned honey. Before I could eat mine, my husband devoured his and said it tasted delicious! I took my first bite and was hit with the immediate taste of burned honey. I'm not sure if that sounds delicious or not but I can say with 100% certainty that for me, it was not delicious. I can't think of a single food I've ever put in my mouth and then spit out, besides cucumber, until this jelly stick. I tried to chew and finish the one bite I took but I just could not do it. Sadly, I had to spit it out and immediately brush my teeth. Unfortunately, as much as I wanted to love these jelly sticks - they just aren't for me. With that said, my husband finished mine as well and said he'll gladly take the rest. He doesn't take any collagen supplements so they will be great for him and thankfully I have plenty of other ways to get my daily doses in. I don't hold this against them though, clearly the taste is subjective if I didn't like it and my husband loved it!Overall, I think the ingredients are high quality and these can be a great addition to anyone's diet who likes the flavor. Price wise, you get 15 packets - just over a 2 week supply (so it won't last long) - for $24.46 at the time of this review, which feels like a high price. Each stick is $1.63 and that's not necessarily the best value in my opinion since I can get high quality collagen supplements with other good ingredients for that price with a 30 day supply. It will be interesting to see if my husband begins to notice any positive results while taking the remaining 13 packets, but I won't purchase this product again. I think that if you're into jelly sticks, you might like this and it would be fun to at least try, but be forewarned of the burned honey flavor that some will love and some will not.

This is seriously a fun way to experience skincare. The taste is pretty good -- slightly plum-my, slightly sweet, a bit sour/ tart, and even a hint of salt to round out the flavors, but I wouldn't call it salty as that would be off-putting. It really invigorates the senses both in taste and texture. The fun comes in via the packaging and texture. The contents look like those little jelly packs they have at restaurants when you squeeze it out. Shiny, dark, and transparent, but the texture and experience are almost a bit whimsical. I'm used just to just swallowing a pill with various types of collagen, or adding some powder to a smoothie, but this is unique. The texture is firmer than jelly, but not so firm that it's like eating a fruit snack either. You can break it up a bit in your mouth and it goes down quite easily. The texture and mouth-feel are so fun. My daughter is a teen so certainly does not need to be taking collagen, but she of course has heard Korean skincare products like these touted on TikTok numerous times and loves to try unique snacks, so quickly downed one of these and asked for another. I told her no way since I need to make 15 last for a bit.The labeling is a little different. There is some language I of course don't understand as I don't know Korean, but the nutrition facts are in both grams and milligrams which I'm not used to with American nutrition labeling, but minor things. Also, I'm not sure if we're supposed to do 1 packet daily as it doesn't state, but I'm assuming it's maybe 2 - 3x weekly as there are only 15 per package?Initially I would have stated that this is more gimmicky and something fun to try, but I swear I've noticed my skin the past few days has legit been more glowy, after only 2 packets! I think there is something to these and they seem to be more significantly more effective than my pill and powder versions. My daughter swears her skin was a little clearer the next day, but who knows. I don't think I'll use them all of the time, but will definitely add them in occasionally to my other mix of skincare products and supplements. Similar to treats -- I don't indulge all of the time both for my pocketbook and waistline, but you have to live a little and this makes my routine significantly more exciting and gives me something to look forward to.I think I'll look for some on autoship so I can do at least a couple times weekly. I feel like this stuff gives you a glow up from the inside out, and I'm excited to try these in other flavors, especially since I'm at that age now (almost 40) where I really need to up my skincare regimen, especially because my teen, toddler, and life can suck the glow out of me sometimes, so I need to replenish. Try this stuff. It's too fun not to live a little with your skincare line.

These are definitely unique! I've never tried something like this until now. The shape of the packet reminds me of the licky cat treats, lol. I've tried a few so far and I think they're alright. I don't think they're super-tasty like candy, but they taste like a... thick jelly/jello with a slight medicinal taste. Texture is kind of firm, kind of soft. It really is right in the middle. It's too soon to tell if it's actually doing anything for my skin - but I like to believe it is, with all those vitamins!

Ziostand's yellow plum collagen jelly stick is a very interesting way of getting your dose of marine collagen. The first ingredient is Korean yellow plum extract also known as Korean syrup that went viral. My mom has used it for years as substitute for sugar in food although fifty percent is sugar. I mention this because for me when I see the extract I'm not thinking of dessert, so I wasn't expecting dessert type of flavor. Yellow plum to me tastes like a cross between plum and yuzu. It has sweetness and bitterness.The texture of this is like a cross between organiz fruit leather and gummy candy. If this was dessert I'd pass but as a supplement this is perfectly fine. It's a convenient way to get collagen.Something to note is the nutritional label is labeled weird. They did the nutritional info for the whole pack instead of individual serving. It's 45.2 calories per pack a day. 2.14 grams of sugar. That's it.
