Really good information for anyone in the aviation business world. I feel like it is missing chapters on Engine and Aircraft maintenance. These things are very large cost drivers in the industry. I feel like having an overview would be critical for completeness.

This book is a must-have for anyone considering evaluating commercial aircraft. It puts decades of combined experience into one textbook and has become the standard overnight. We've all been following Shannon's insights and papers through years, and he finally collected them, added to them, and perfected them in this book.Even better, the book is priced to share knowledge, not trade it. Best value in commercial aviation literature today.My recommendation is to buy one for yourself, then enough to make sure every new hire has a chance to see what good, deep thoughts and insights are expected in this industry.If I walk into an executive's office and see this book on the shelf, I know we are going to have a meaningful conversation. Buy it for the credibility boost, and take the deep knowledge as a bonus.
