Solid microphone with great build quality - just keep it close
This mic has some real weight to it - it's not some flimsy plastic thing.The weight and build quality feel premium, which gives me confidence it'll last. Sound quality is clear and crisp. The RGB lighting modes looks very nice.But here's something I didn't expect - this mic really needs to be positioned close to you to work optimally. I initially placed it about a foot and a half away and the pickup was much weaker. My webcam's mic actually captured audio better from a greater distance than that.If I moved the M7 closer few inches from my mouth, you can hear me great. I tried adjusting all the different settings, both on mic and on windows, to no avail.Bottom Line: This is a quality microphone that delivers clear audio and looks professional. Just plan that you may have to position it closer than you might with other mics.
Stylish mic with studio-quality sound
After unboxing and plugging in this microphone, I could tell immediately it was a serious upgrade from my previous gaming mic. The look and weight alone gave it a professional feel. And then there’s the color feature. While I don’t stream with video often, my tween daughter made sure to point out how cool it looked when I showed it off.Beyond aesthetics, the performance is what really impressed me. The ability to mute the mic with a touch, along with the helpful change in lighting to indicate status, is a simple but appreciated feature. The noise cancellation works well too, which is great when I'm gaming online or recording voiceover for videos. I used to rely on an external recorder and SD card setup, but this mic allows me to record straight into Adobe Audition with high quality results.Even though I won’t be showing it off on screen, I’m glad I upgraded. It looks great on my desk, sounds clean and professional, and streamlines my workflow.
Easy plug and play operation, no issues so far
First of all, the microphone looks great on any desk with the flexible RGB lighting. This is a pretty big step up if you are used to regular microphones without noise attenuation or canceling. The mic does a great job in canceling out recurrent noises and does okay with background voices or spontaneous sounds. Setting up is a breeze - you really only have to plug it into your computer and adjust your desired sensitivity settings in your apps or in your system. This is really good value for money
Looks Cool, Sounds Bad
I’ve got a Blue Yeti mic that costs twice as much as this, but somehow this XTUGA feels more complicated to use and performs worse. The RGB lights are the only real highlight—it definitely looks nice on the desk—but that’s where the good stuff ends. The sound drops randomly, sometimes there’s this weird clicking noise, and overall the audio quality just doesn’t hold up. For something at this price, I expected at least stable performance. Save your money and grab something more reliable.
Nice, clean voice microphone
I purchased the XtugaM7 for my son as he does a bunch of streaming and podcasting on YouTube. He’s been very pleased and pleasantly surprised with the quality of the voice transmission thus far.The overall build and quality of the mic feels more premium than the price would indicate. I was worried it may be a little cheap feeling or low quality, but it has nice weight and a great finish.Set up was very easy and was a basic plug-in play. Voice quality was better than he anticipated. He does a lot of YouTube and streaming and the mic captured his voice without any crackles. This isn’t a $500 microphone and it’s not studio grade but for what it is and the price that they’re asking, it’s very solid.The only downside is it’s not a noise canceling device and will pick up random things that are going on around your room. For the price, though, it’s better than I expected and he really has enjoyed it. Five stars

Everything you need to get going is included, and setup is as simple as plugging it into your computer—no drivers required.Build quality is solid. The microphone has a clean, professional-looking body that's plastic and feels durable, and the included arm makes it perfect for sitting on your desk in front of you without getting in the way of your face during video calls.Ease of use is excellent. I like that it uses USB-C (with the included USB-A adapter for compatibility). The physical controls on the mic—gain knob and mute button—make it easy to make quick adjustments without going into software menus. On top of the mic, you have two function touch buttons; one for mute and the other for noise-cancelling on/off.
