This Cast Iron Dutch Oven Pot is great for more than just beautiful sourdough bread. It’s wonderful for smaller cuts of meat, frying and sautéing…there are many uses , as the bottom can be be used as a pan with or without the cover and it’s not too heavy with easy clean up… not to mention the price was better than I expected… It also beautiful sitting out in my kitchen.

Making my collection of cast irons and making my own bread 🍞 not going back to buy store bread. I have 3 so far , from making different recipes of bread . This cast iron does not disappoint. It's easy to clean. Need space to store them for sure , if you are planning to get cast iron. Really heavy , ,but worth it.
