It was the worst feeling. I decided to give these a try and I’m so glad I did! They worked quick! I took one in the evening, assuming it would take a while to kick in but within a couple of hours I was already using the restroom. Yes, they made me pee a lot but the relief I felt the next morning was amazing. I love that the ingredients are natural. I didn’t have any negative reactions or side effects. Some water pills can leave you feeling dehydrated or off but I felt totally fine. The directions say you can take one pill up to twice a day but honestly one has been enough for me so this bottle should last a while. I’ll definitely be reordering. So glad I found these!

During the summer heat, fluid retention can be a problem for some of us. We were looking for something to correct that problem. Dr Vitamin Solutions Water Flush pills did the trick. They were effective at removing excess fluid. We did not experience any negative side effects and they were easy to swallow. Because they were easy to swallow, there was no bad taste.

This "diuretic" worked the very first day I tried I tried it! I took one in the morning, and one before bedtime, and the next day I checked into the ladies' room numerous times! The capsules are pretty large, so I need a glass of water to swallow them, which is a good thing, and makes them work. There was no accompanying headache, which happens with diuretics sometimes. AND it's made in the USA!

These help me out when I need them on occasion. I'm not lactose intolerant, but I do have a sensitivity to casein. They work pretty fast, and they are priced right. I like the fact that they are soy free gluten-free non-GMO with no artificial coloring. It's a pretty natural product compared to other options and I haven't experienced any negative side effects. If you are looking for something to help with water retention, naturally give this a shot.

I really like the ingredients in the supplement. It's packed with a lot of herbs and vitamins that are good for the body and known to help with water balance. I retain a lot of water during specific times of the month. Mainly my luteal phase. I first tried it on a regular day to see how my body would respond to it. I had no adverse effects and it seemed to keep things flowing. The real test will be during my luteal phase when I retain about 6 pounds of water. Overall I like the supplement and it's ingredients and I think it's reasonably priced for the 50 servings it provides.
