The numbing effect kicked in within minutes and lasted a few hours. It’s not greasy, has a mild scent, and the child-resistant packaging is a nice touch. Definitely worth keeping on hand for relief.

I used this numbing cream for the horrible sunburn that I got on vacation. It was so painful it hurt to wear clothes and this cream made it bearable. I'm sure it would work great for many purposes and I am definitely gonna keep this on hand.

Such a great product. I needed this for pain after bug bite swelling. Works great. A lot of product for the price. Also great use for itching and burning.

Well, they should know that this cream is a waste of their money! I followed the instructions exactly and it only worked in little spots and only lasted about 20 minutes. So if you’re only going to get a tiny piece done then yeah it’s ok. But if you’re going to get anything bigger, then this is not the cream for you .

I use lidocane for occasional body aches and since 4% is maximum strength I decided to try this.It's a light creamy texture, not to thick or thin. Not greasy. It absorbs quickly. The container has an inner lid for protection with a small tab for easy lifting.It does have a scent that reminds me a bit of menthol but it dissipates within minutes so your not left with a medicine smell on you.As an OTC pain cream, it's average. It didn't warm as much as others I've tried, but I didn't put it on thickly nor did I wrap it as suggested for numbing.I found it confusing to mention use for burning in the rectol area. I can't imagine using any product with a warming effect in this sensitive area, but see the middle photo above.Overall, this is a good product for minor aches or itching. I can't attest to its numbing effect on tattooing.
