Purchased for the use of a tattoo on my sternum. Applied 1 hour prior to appointment and doesn't feel a thing.I did use for a larger tattoo on my back. It definitely help ease the pain some. After a hour it door wear off.Also used it for my knee due to pain. To my surprise it help with my knee pain too.

I’ve been using the cream on my knee daily since arrival and I’m really impressed with its performance. The container build quality feels solid with the child protect lid. There's almost no menthol aroma and it works exactly as expected. Not much needed to get the tesults wanted. I noticed it's very fast acting and you can feel the menthol working within mins of application.If you're looking for a reliable cream, consider this a solid choice. I’ll likely buy another soon for backup or travel.

This numbing cream does work on some people but not all. Everyone is different so results very. On one client it worked great and lasted the entire time, on another it did not male a difference. Easy to apply and helpful for those with low pain level tolerances.

I used this stuff before a tattoo appointment and could barely feel the first couple hours. It kicked in about 20-30 minutes after applying and covered a good area. Definitely made the whole thing way more tolerable. Just make sure to follow the instructions and wrap it up like you're supposed to. Lifesaver!

This might be good for something but definitely not tattooing. I have more tattoos than can be counted & have used many numbing creams this is bottom of the list and absolutely not recommended. Applied xtra thick, wrapped with plastic for 90 minutes. Numbs to fingernail scratches but not the needle at all. If this was truly 5 percent lidocaine it would have provided at least initial numbing. Meh
