This is what people in the UK and Ireland think of when Americans talk of corned beef. Sliced with cream of horseradish makes a great sandwich. There are many more ways to prepare this, all of them delicious

You can't beat corned beef in a can, which is a completely different thing to the slice variety at the deli. A welcome staple in my pantry and the makes the best fritters and hash. Savory, Fatty, Salty. Good.

Not as good as ox n palm, but not bad, and it’s cheaper. It’s saltier than expected, but our family uses salt sparingly in our cooking, so take that with a grain of salt…. One thing I didn’t like, and this is a personal preference- the meat never really dried or crumbled during cooking. Seems to stay wet/mushy.
