The data seems accurate and syncs easily with my phone app, giving me a full picture of my health and fitness progress.What really sets this tracker apart is the sleek Bordeaux design—it’s beautiful and goes well with both workout gear and casual outfits. It’s also comfortable to wear all day, super lightweight, and doesn’t irritate my skin like some other bands have in the past.The waterproof feature is a huge bonus—I’ve worn it while swimming and showering with no issues. This tracker exceeded all my expectations. It measures heart rate 24 hours a day, blood pressure, blood oxygen and even sleep quality quite accurately. It has helped me better understand my daily health and stay active.The step and calorie counter works very well, and the best thing is that it is water resistant (5 ATM), so I can use it while swimming or showering without worrying. The battery lasts several days and the app that connects to the watch is very easy to use.An excellent option if you are looking for something functional and complete without spending a fortune!

Purchased to replace a Garmin Vivofit 4 that died. This device is OK, but not as advertised. Had it about 2 weeks. Battery lasts roughly 7 days, not 2 weeks as promoted. Steps for walking are pretty close to other apps I use, but this absolutely does NOT work with elliptical machines or similar workout equipment. It counts fewer than half the steps. BP and HR are close enough for periodic monitoring, but again not as good as other devices. I am disappointed in this device because the manufacturer made claims that this device simply doesn't live up to. When it dies, I will NOT buy this product again.

Obviously, you get what you pay for. In this sense, going for the cheaper option probably wasn't ideal when having to track my heart rate for a cardio course. Instead, I'm stuck doing it the old fashioned way to get an accurate reading. For a specific, after a steep incline at full speed, the heart rate monitor had me at 85 bpm, when I stopped at the top and checked manually, I was at 138 bpm, that's a large inconsistency and loses its convenience value in my perspective. Additionally, the sleep tracker didn't even notice a 3 hour nap I took mid-day, so apparently only "tracks sleep" during typical sleeping hours? Not sure how much I would actually trust any of its actual readings at this point beyond the time and will most likely return.

I’m really happy with this smartwatch. It’s super comfortable to wear all day and has a modern design. I love that it’s water-resistant, so I don’t have to take it off when washing my hands or working out. The battery lasts more than 3 days without charging, and I get all my phone notifications. It also tracks steps, sleep, and heart rate. Great value for the price!

Great little tracker for my wife's little wrists. It took a little while to fathom out setting up and connecting bluetooth but perhaps I should have followed the instructions a little more carefully. It all looks straightforward now I've done it!! the money it's been a good purchase and is a nice-looking bit of kit.
