This Skip It toy has been a total hit with my 6 year-old daughter! She loves the challenge and gets so excited every time she beats her own score. It’s been amazing to see how much it’s helping with her coordination and balance — plus, it’s a great way to keep her moving indoors or outside. The toy is lightweight, easy for her to use on her own, and super colorful. Definitely one of the best purchases we’ve made recently. Great fun and great exercise!

The media could not be loaded. My girls absolutely love this ankle skip ball! It’s a fun and active way for them to learn coordination while playing. Perfect for helping them practice balance and movement. Great quality and super entertaining—highly recommended!

I bought this for my daughter because I used to play with something similar when I was a kid. I love seeing her have so much fun. At first, she struggled with coordinating the movement, but now she doesn't want to let go. It's a cute and healthy way for her to stay active without screens. Seeing her happy and laughing while she plays reminds me of my own afternoons in the yard. A purchase that was totally worth it.

This is a brightly colored toy in which the child places one foot inside the circle and jumps to the music with the other. I'm not sure how long a child in the recommended age range of 6-8 (6-10) would be entertained by doing the same thing over and over again. I think the child will be easily bored and quickly put it aside for something more exciting. It does have flashing lights, a digital counter, a timer, and a calorie counter. Unless the child is obese or has other medical issues, he/she shouldn't need these functions. Certainly they would not add to the "fun" of the toy. On a positive side, it will encourage physical activity, balance, and coordination. It is made of plastic and is soft on the ankles. It can be used indoors or outdoors and on various types of surfaces. This doesn't come with a carrying case but it is foldable and can easily fit into a suitcase or backpack. I think this activity will become monotonous and this will not be a child's favorite toy. I would not recommend it nor would I purchase it again. Note: If using this toy for the purpose of weightloss, please consult with the child's healthcare provider first.

The spin device on the end was a bit bulky and I tried it, along with my son, and it kept hitting my ankle in an awkward way as we were new users and couldn't get the end to spin properly around our ankle. I need more practice but it was also a little bit wonky for my son who thought to kick the item once it was around the ankle, to get it to spin around, which caused the end piece to hit his shin. This piece is a bit too heavy or troublesome as it would hit your foot or leg. We're going to keep practicing, but this will definitely take a little moment to get the hang of it. I'm going to keep encouraging my son to try until he learns how to use this a bit more.
