These watermelon mocktail drinks are something else, flavorful, hydrating, and has a decent amount of vitamins and minerals. The flavor was a bit different than I expected, it's light and crisp, with a real watermelon flavor and something almost minty..but not quite. It smells sweeter than it tastes, I'm generally not a stevia fan, but this also has monk fruit. I generally make it in a larger amount of ice water in my insulated cup and sip it throughout the day. Definitely recommend, it's really refreshing over some ice. I feel it's effective at hydration and I'm happy with the combination of ingredients that are non GMO and made in the USA. Comparable value to other drinks but without a bunch of fillers, sugar, or preservatives. I haven't noticed too many side effects and I'm generally a sensitive person, it might cause food to taste a little weird I noticed if eating with it. With any of the alternative sugars you can get stomach upset so I wouldn't chug this, but definitely a nice alternative to say a canned drink and many other packets I've seen that usually have maltodextrin.

I’ve tried a lot of hydration powders, but Legendairy Milk’s She’s Thirsty packets have become a new favorite. The watermelon flavor is delicious — super refreshing without being too sweet, and it doesn’t have that artificial aftertaste a lot of others do.I’ve been looking for something to help balance out cortisol levels naturally, and I can actually feel a difference when I use this regularly. Retro pop/ bomb pop flavor is a great choice to try. I’ve tried strawberry lemonade, watermelon and now the retro pop. I love that does not leave an after taste and they use coconut powder to enhance hydration. Will definitely be reordering and continuing to use while breastfeeding.

Let me start off with legendary milk products are pretty awesome… Duette pump, collection cups, flange inserts, she’s thirsty strawberry lemonade… I’ve used these all and have been consistent with buying their products a little too much I’d say… but this flavor was not great. If you like lemon ice flavor then you’ll love it. I thought it’d taste like a bomb pop I was expecting that cherry flavor to hit but sadly it did not. I definitely won’t buy this flavor and I’ll be forcing myself to finish this box so I can buy another 2 boxes of the best flavor strawberry lemonade!
