I have purchased many IP Hikvision cameras and was surprised how well this one performed against many other higher priced cameras. Has awesome picture in day and full darkness, recognizes vehicles and humans which is very cool, and has incredible sound. Had a few issues configuring so I could get sound but with some help of some folks on here was able to get it configured correctly. Just remember to login to the web interface and enable sound on the video stream, then if using a DVR, you must also configure sound on the DVR for the camera in the settings on the DVR. After all of that, everything works perfectly. This camera is a steal at this price.

I have been installing Hikvision cameras for nearly 10 years and this camera is the best so far. Great clarity, amazing night vision, no ghosting, flawless NVR integration, and easy installation. Highly recommend. Just be sure to get the authentic Hikvision camera.

If I could do it all over I wouldn't have gotten HIK Vision, not because of the performance of their cameras. Their software and user interface is horrible. But if you have to have HIK Vision, this camera is solid.

Seller was responsive in replying with any questions I had.Camera performance is spectacular, has various controls and settings to fine-tune the settings to my needs. It supports motion detection, face detection, unattended packages, and more. GUI on the web interface is always responsive maybe a little bit more responsive than I'm actually used to and was surprised. Option to record to an SD card up to 128GB as well as NVR separate or together. It works fine with my lorex NVR all I had to do was set it to the IP address as my NVR and enable DHCP as well as create a ONVIF user and password which is separate from the initial login under Networking / Advanced integration. I will be ordering more to replace my 2k resolution cameras from this seller. I have attached a daytime and nighttime screenshot with infrared off.Initial setup you will most likely have to connect directly to a power source separate from a poe while it's plugged into your router or switch to initiate first setup user and password then hook it up to POE, at least that's how I did it.

I didn't realize it wasn't wireless until after I got it and was setting it up. I've got several other cameras with similar wiring and they can be hard wired or wireless. This one has to be wired in. I planned to use it outside, but ended up rotating some cameras around the house.The image is great and it works with iSpy/Agent DVR pretty easily. Night vision is pretty good on it too.Highly recommend it if you know you're going to be hard wiring it.
