The actual herbs are in a gel capsule so there's no offensive taste which I appreciate. They are very easy to swallow and seem to break down pretty fast. I was waking up with as much mucus in my system since I started taking these pills so I would say they are working great for me. I intended on continuing the use of these once I'm done this current bottle.

These NutraNourish capsules promise lymphatic drainage with their plant-packed lineup: dandelion, echinacea, bromelain, and friends. After a week of bedtime dosing, though? I’ve noticed the inverse: puffier ankles and a face trying to audition for a water balloon commercial. Maybe it’s detox swelling. Maybe it’s betrayal in botanical form. Two stars for effort: the pills are easy to swallow, haven’t upset my stomach, and might still be slow-cooking a miracle. But the results so far feel more “inflation cosplay” than de-puffing drama.
