I like these replacement cartridges.  The fit my pen well and have been easy to swap with my old cartridges.  The cartridges attach easily to my pen and stay attached without issue. They do a good job of exfoliating my skin and produce a quality result.  The cartridges micro tips gently touch my skin and have been pleasant to use.  The microtips don't reach down to my healthy skin layers which I appreciate.These cartridges look and feel like they are well made and solidly constructed.  I have used them multiple times without issue or concern.  They also work well with my pen.  They don't make it feel unbalanced or awkward to use.  These cartridges have been a nice option for my microneedling pen.  They fit my pen well and are easy to work with.  They don't make my pen cumbersome or awkward to use.  They also deliver quality results that I like and appreciate.

I've used this set of replacement needles several times already. The packaging is clean and neat, making them easy to handle. The insertion process is smooth and requires no adjustment time, which is a big plus for someone like me who does this at home.In actual use, the process is very smooth and without any discomfort. The feel on the skin is gentler than I expected. Although the effect is noticeable, the pain is within an acceptable range and doesn't cause any resistance. After use, the redness on my face subsided relatively quickly, and subsequent skincare products absorbed very well, leaving my skin feeling smoother.After using it a few more times, my skin looks cleaner, its overall condition is more stable, and makeup adheres better. Because the process is smooth and stress free, I'm more willing to use it regularly and avoid procrastination. For home skincare, these kinds of reliable and sustainable consumables are really important.

In actual use, it feels very stable and reassuring. I can focus entirely on using it at my own pace without constantly being distracted by adjustments or worries. Afterwards, when applying skincare products, the absorption rate is noticeably different, and my skin is more refined, looking cleaner and more radiant.I usually check in the mirror periodically to observe the changes. It's not an exaggerated, immediate effect, but rather a gradual, cumulative feeling. In the morning, when applying makeup, I notice that my foundation adheres better and feels smoother. For me, this experience of "consistent use and visible changes" is very important.Because I can use it with confidence every time, I'm less likely to slack off and am more willing to maintain this habit. Once secured, the cartridge stays fixed during movement, with no shift at the connection point as speed changes. The transparent housing helps confirm internal alignment before starting, which reduces the need to pause during use. After multiple setup cycles, swapping cartridges turns into a short reset step instead of a careful process, especially with each piece clearly sealed beforehand. Tip depth remains shallow by design, allowing focus to stay on direction and coverage rather than pressure. Removal after use stays clean, and the pen connection shows no residue or wear, ready for the next cartridge without adjustment.

These cartridges are a great option to save money on my at-home skincare. I use these with my pen and they work just as well as the needles that came with my device for a few dollars less. The needles are sharp and come packed in sterile wrappers. Super easy to unwrap and pop one on my pen. 18 needle heads are a nice option for a fairly aggressive treatment that’s a bit less painful than cartridges with lower needle counts. I was able to use these on my forehead at a greater depth with less pain than my 12 count ones, so I’m looking forward to how effective they will be over time. Microneedling is saving my skin so I’ll definitely continue using these!
