Well I've been waiting to get into dtf and I'm glad I did this bundle is perfect. I like to do research before any big purchase and like the printer appearance and functionality works great setup was my error and part malware security from McAfee so make sure to check that if you have connection issues before contacting Procolored support like I did.But that's OK they help with support via a link which you have to allow access to your computer and complete the setup remotely. Now on to the printer it does work great and accurate colors the self ink cycle and self cleaning helps you just gotta do the manual stuff which is simple using solution to wipe printercomponents down. The smokeless oven does it job you just have let it do it's thing by warming up and setting temp and timer properly once ready, add your ready to cook film and almost 2 minutes later the fan kicks on sucks up the fumes and once they stop running and it sounds the ⏰️ open the lid or pull the drawer and it's ready to press.I hope this printer doesn't give me issues like I've read but it's a new model for entry-level and I'm happy with this purchase so far. Fast shipping, great customer service great experience 👍

it has been a learning curve and have hit a couple of roadblocks since day 2 of owning my DTF printer but customer service has been excellent and extremely responsive. I am new NEW to DTF printing and honestly it was more of a plug and play. but of course, everything has its learning curves and have had help along the way, and the patience of customer service is above a 5 start in my opinion. Do plan on getting another one once I learn my ins and outs of the printer. highly recommend.

Oven arrived defective- HORRIBLE Customer support! I ordered the K-13 lite DTF printer and bundled it with the smokeless oven. Had I known I was going to have as many issues as I have had over the last week, I would never have made this purchase through this company! They provide you with one tracking number however, the oven and printer both arrive separately. The tracking number is for the printer so if your oven doesn’t arrive on time, there’s no way of tracking it! My mother actually ordered straight through Procolored before I ordered mine, and I received mine through Bolo last week… She finally received her printer yesterday, but her oven did not arrive. She emailed them and they responded that they are out of stock. It was in stock when she ordered it, and She has already paid for it!! That is problem 1. I watched a couple of YouTube videos on, unpacking and setting up. They all set the printer up first and then moved to setting up the oven which is what I did. My oven does not work!! I reached out to support, Which they are only available to chat with. If you call pro colored and asked to speak to someone in support, they tell you to use chat. So I did just that. The people on chat support instruct you to flip the oven over, open the compartment to all of the electrical components and send them pictures. When they couldn’t figure out what was going on with mine, they told me they were going to send me the parts to fix it. I was adamant that I did not feel comfortable doing that AT ALL. I asked them to send me a replacement. I didn’t even get to use it once! Finally a “manager” came into the chat, and told me that there are no ovens available, they are all on back order and that I did not have a choice but to except the fact that they are sending me the components and that I would need to fix it. She said that for my inconvenience, they would send me a package of ink. Needless to say, I received the thermostat this morning, no ink. I emailed them today asking where the Ink is and still have not received a response. So, I opened up the box that they sent, and the thermostat doesn’t even match the one that goes to the oven. I told the guy in chat that it was not the right one. He completely ignored what I said and continued giving me instructions on how to fix it. You literally have to unscrew every wire and then rewired them. I 100%. I’m not doing that and I shouldn’t have to! Again, I didn’t even get to use it. It is defective!! I Didn’t even respond to him and chat I just reached out to Bolo. The lady that I spoke with was great! The only thing is is that she reached out to the seller and they told her to let me know they will email me a return label today. It is currently 5pm and I have not received an email. I will be calling Bolo back tomorrow morning! It is disgusting how much these things cost and the companies can’t even back their product! Again, horrible, customer service!

I order the K13 Lite Printer, oven, and heat press combo about a month ago and received the entire package within a few days. I''ve never dabbled in DTF but did my research for about a month and decided on Procolored and the package I bought. From taking it out of the box to printing my first t-shirt has been very easy. I needed some help and their online customer service response was within 5 minutes with a live chat and had my issue resolved in 10 minutes total! I highly recommend to anyone starting out or experienced!

I wanted to love this printer. It was easy install, the problem I had is it kept saying it needed a RIP software dongle which it didn’t come with. The oven came in with a dent and missing piece. I contacted customer service and they offered me their apologies and a refund of $100 and a set of ink. They also offered to send the missing item which is the gondle which should off came with the original package. Now I can’t print or do anything and the printer just sits there. Absolutely disappointed. I will be returning the product.
