The first thing I like about this is....unflavored! Instead of forcing me into some tangy, nasty taste that they decide I need, this product allows me to add it to WHATEVER I want. Even just water if I so desire! As someone with sensitive taste buds, I appreciate this!The best part is that it contains 5 grams of Creatine! 3 grams of HMB and 50 milligrams of Astragin! This is EXACTLY what your body needs to build solid muscle quickly. It literally feeds your body the nutrients necessary for muscle growth at serving size that will actually DO something! It also contains over 400mg of Calcium for my bones and only has 2g of carbohydrates. For diabetics like me? This is absolutely PERFECT for keeping unnecessary sugars down to a minimum.As I stated, I don't like flavored supplements because they limit what you can take them with. I put this in Protein H20 so I'm getting 30 grams of protein in a cherry flavored drink. But I could easily add it to any protein mix and have a chocolate shake as well. I just find drinking this with protein water allows me to drink it before, during and after my work outs which packs a huge punch by feeding my muscles at every stage of development.Made here in the USA, this product has just moved its way to the top of my "food chain"!

If you're into working out and you're not taking creatine, you're leaving gains on the table. It's one of the cheapest, most affordable, and effective supplements. It's also one of the most studied for safety.Newer studies show it's amazing for cognitive health and preventing cognitive decline that comes with age. I'm trying to get my mom on board with taking it.This is the first time I've taken it with HMB though, and I have to say my workout seemed pretty good! Even the next day's workout was good, when I forgot to take it.So, I think there is some effect on intensity and endurance.However, I did feel some nausea when I started to do cardio. That was unusual for me. It's worth noting, though, that I have a super sensitive stomach, and I don't eat a whole lot before I work out.So just be advised and try to eat a good breakfast and see how it goes!PS: I’ve been taking NutraBio’s Beta Alanine for almost 10 years. Always consistent quality, good packaging, and almost always in-stock. Love this brand!

Creatine Monohydrate is one of the safest and most well researched supplements for muscle gain. It helps build muscle mass quickly with continuous use. Made in the USA in a GMP & FDA facility. Vegan, gluten and lactose free, with absolutely no fillers. Three ingredients: Creatine Monohydrate, HMB, AstraGin. I put it in my water bottle and drink before I go to the gym. Zero taste to my water. You can also add this to any drink you want and it will not affect the taste. Stay away from adding to your coffee or any other hot drink as it will decrease the effectiveness of the creatine. Don’t be surprised if you gain some weight, it’s due to the increase in muscles. If you want a clean product that will assist with muscle gain You can’t go wrong with this.

When I received this creatine, some had spilled out into the shipping packaging and the jar was covered in the white powder. I opened it up and saw that the cardboard safety seal was lifted on one side and the jar top didn’t seem to be screwed on correctly which is how some powder spilled out.I eventually opened it up to use and pulled out the scooper which is fairly large. Because this creatine contains 3g of HMB powder plus calcium and AstroGin, the serving size of powder is considerably larger than what I’m used to. But the real trouble began when I went to put the scooper back into the jar. I realized the scooper handle is far too long for the jar size which is probably why the safety seal was broken in the first place—because it was sticking out putting pressure on the seal. I tried every which way I could to get it to go back in the jar and get the cap screwed properly but I couldn’t. I finally tried digging the spoon part into the powder as far as it would go and must’ve hit an air pocket because suddenly there was a mini explosion of powder all over my counter, clothes, shoes and floor. Grrr. I finally gave up and decided to store the scooper separately.After cleaning myself up, I blended the chocolate protein powder smoothie I had put the creatine powder into and it blended into it well. However, when I went to drink it, I realized it changed the entire flavor profile of my smoothie. It no longer tasted like chocolate and instead it just had a sour taste to it. I make the same smoothie every day and always put creatine powder in it, so I’m well versed on how it is supposed to taste and this was not that. I don’t know if it’s the HMB that tastes bad or just the sheer volume of powder I had to use overwhelmed my smoothie, but it totally ruined the taste for me and left an almost metallic aftertaste in my mouth. I honestly will never use this in my smoothie again and can’t really imagine putting it in any other beverage let alone just water. It’s too bad because I think NutraBio is supposed to be a reputable brand.

I have been using Creatine for a very long time now. I am a huge believer in what it may possibly do for me in my weightlifting regime! I love pure Creatine, without additives or fillers, and this particular Creatine fits the bill 100%! It has the right strength that I prefer and is plain, tasteless, and easy to mix with any drink I desire! it also does not leave any bad aftertaste! I take is as directed on the bottle and feel like it may be doing me some good! I take it one half hour before I begin to lift weights, which seems to be about the ideal amount of time for me! I am so glad I found this Creatine here and am thrilled that I ordered it! I am sure I will be ordering more when this runs out! I give this wonderful Creatine powder a very high recommendation!
