Tracking Your Steps
After every 100 steps, slide 1 bead down from the lower row.
When all 9 beads in the lower row are moved down, you’ve completed 900 steps.At this point, move 1 bead down from the upper row and reset the lower beads to the top.
Calculating Distance
Each upper bead represents 1,000 steps (approximately 1 kilometer or 0.62 miles, depending on your stride length).
When all beads are moved, the total tracked steps are 4,900.
Maximum Count
The pace beads can track up to 4,900 steps before resetting.
For distances longer than this, reset the beads and keep a record of your total steps separately.
