Built well for my 300 pound body. Great for single step. Split deficiet movements. Or a push up decline platform. Has texture but hard to grip if sweaty. Delivered with the top.platform poorly glued together so ill have to go and buy some adhesive to hold it down. Makes me question how long the top will last. Overall great for what I need it for. Im personally using it for PT. Comes with 4 steps with the height i need. Compact and fits under the bed.

I've been needing this upgrade for my home gym for a while, and I'm so glad I finally did. This step is perfect. There are several risers that store underneath. (I did break off a piece of plastic forcing mine back in, so beware. It doesn't affect the step at all.) The step is very good size, both length and width. It does not have any grip/stick to the top, just the pattern in the plastic, but it's not been an issue for me at all. If your debating buying a step at all, go for this one!!! I did all the homework for you!!

I had never done step aerobics, so I wanted to give it a try. Since I wasn't sure I'd like it, I didn't want to spend almost $100 on a step bench. This one is exactly what I needed - great price and it gets the job done.However, you do get what you pay for. My main complaint with this bench is that it's so noisy. Instead of some kind of soft rubberized surface on top, it's a slick plastic. That doesn't prevent me from being able to step up on it during my workout, and since I wear sneakers, it's not slippery, but it is loud with each step. Fortunately, I work out in my garage, so I don't have to worry about waking up the entire household.I put the bench on a rubber mat surface that I'd already placed in my garage, so that does dampen the sound a little bit. Just to see if it would be slick under your feet on a hard surface, I put it on the concrete and stepped a few times, and to my surprise, it didn't feel like it was sliding out from under me. So that's good. It does have little feet on the bottom.It comes with two additional sets of risers for additional height, which is good. I've been using it on the lowest level, but for this review, I built it up, just to see how easy it is to do. The new risers don't snap in easily, but once you step on it, they do snap into place. The main problem (and why I took away an additional star) is that, if you put on one set of risers, you can no longer store the two extra ones under the bench where they belong. Unless I'm just doing it wrong, with one set of risers on, the second set doesn't fit under the bench. I included a picture of that.Bottom line is, if you're like me and just want an inexpensive bench to try out, I do recommend this one. But if I keep up with a step aerobics routine (Jenny Ford on YouTube is great!), I'll probably invest in a better bench and donate this one.
Awesome Quality and fit for purpose
The Aerobic Stepper Step Platform was delivered quickly and the quality is superior. I was a bit skeptical on the sturdiness of the Step but having received the Step and worked out on it, I am extremely happy. Height adjustable makes this Stepper a handy add on to the equipment's I already have. Adds the missing element to my daily workout. Keep up the good work!! Highly recommended.

We have just received our step in the mail yesterday. It was nicely packaged. It's the perfect addition to our new home gym. It's easy to add and take away height. The storage compartment for the blocks under the step is exactly what we needed to save space. The step feels very sturdy even when full body weight is on one side of step.
