Is it as good as smoking or vaping? No. Does it help calm my nerves when I’m in a situation where I can’t vape or smoke? Absolutely. The flavoring does a good job of simulating the mouth feel of smoking with no evidence of it other than minty fresh breath. It may not be for everyone, but I for one am glad to have it.

If I could give it a 0 star I would!If the smell of laundry soap tastes the same as it smells, This is it!! DONT buy. Waste of money!!!

I was disappointed with this at first because it doesn’t have any resistance on its own, and wasn’t helping much. Then I taped the bottom hole, and cover the side holes with my fingers when I use it and it gives resistance. Now I love using it, and really feel like it’s helping!

This breathing necklace for quitting smoking from LAMKHOO was a little underwhelming in terms of value for the price. It is well constructed in a nice black color with a high polish shine. The necklace isn't too thick but it does feel sturdy and is comfortable to wear. It doesn't tangle up nor get caught on stuff and has round boxy links. It comes with a 3 pack of spearmint cores which are long cotton tubes that you insert into the inhaler by unscrewing the mouthpiece. It has a refreshing scent and cool taste and feels nice when you take deep breaths. The cores are supposed to last 3-4 days so you will have to buy more after.I am a pretty heavy smoker so this is helpful for a quick oral fixation aid but it sort of lacks the resistance when you inhale and feels like you are just breathing through a straw because there is so much unrestricted airflow. It is helpful for breathing and a quick minty inhale but I almost want to block some of the airflow with a cotton ball or something so I get a little bit of a similar sensation to smoking. Other than that, I will try it out to try and cut down but it doesn't offer me as much satiation as I had hoped for.

I had hoped this would help with quitting vaping. I've smoked for year, and then moved to vaping. I wanted to like this. The necklace and the mouthpiece feels very comfortable in my hand. It has a nice weight to it, and I think the tactile touch would really help with the physical aspect of vaping. But the mint pads, I don't know if they were stale, or what, but they're awful. No mint flavor at all. Just gross air. No real resistance to feel like a cigarette or vape. But it's just not great. Because so many say it's great, I have to question the quality of the ones I received. But maybe they just find dry, dirty air delicious.

this necklace has a really cool design and in theory i really love the idea of using it to replace smoking or vaping, but in practice it leaves me wanting. i’m not a huge fan of the spearmint flavor, there’s something about it that i just don’t love. and while it does kinda sate the need to be inhaling something, i find that i end up smoking more afterwards because it’s not a satisfying hit. this might totally be a me problem, and im sure a lot of people will find this effective, but for me, it was kinda a miss.

This is a really good quality item in my eyes. It's not cheap looking at all and the chain seems really sturdy. I've smoked on and off over the years, and when I quit, I'd usually find myself chewing a pen here and there. It only took one time of tasting ink to look for something else this time around. When I saw this I had to give it a try.The chain is long enough to fit over my head, and the airflow of the stick is just right. Setup is easy too. Unscrew the month piece, drop the flavor stick inside, screw it back together, and you're on your way. The flavor stick isn't bad at all. I ordered spearmint and it tastes like a breath of fresh air. Its a lot like a candy cane but without any sweet taste.For anyone looking to quit smoking, I wish you all the best. I think this little necklace could really help with the cravings.
