The labels on my bottle match the pics on Bolo so I won’t post pictures. The stamped box indicates manufactured on April 30, 2025, which is just six weeks from when I received it. After a month of use, I can’t say I’ve noticed a significant difference in my joint pain or stiffness but I feel more time is needed. I choose to split my two capsules to even out uptake and research opinions on oral consumption appears to vary on whether you should take it on an empty stomach or with/after a meal - I do one of each. Some research indicates stomach acid kills off the good stuff so you should take it with food to maximize absorption while other others indicate if you have a good gut biome to start (which I do), taking it without food is best. So, who knows… I don’t have any gastro symptoms when taking this on an empty stomach in the morning. How this specific product should be consumed is not stated on the bottle or packaging. It appears there a number of companies that this product is being manufactured under on Bolo that are all comparable if not the same but just under a different Chinese manufacturer name (the labels are all strikingly similar and ingredients are the same). According to labeling, this is distributed by a company located in Denver but manufactured in China. I am ordering again to give it another month of use. There was no noticable adverse impact and my knee did significantly improve during the last month, it’s just difficult to know what to credit that for, exactly. I discovered the protein powder I use contain the identical ingredients (plus protein) so I hope I’m not over consuming. For reference, I lift heavy five days a week which is the largest contributor to my joint stiffness and pain.

After reading the benefits of BPC-157 I searched for a good source. There are some very high priced options for the same supplement but I’m 70 and have learned not to spend more than I need. After looking at all the choices I settled on this one for the best value and being non-gmo, gluten and dairy free.

I got this on June 12 after reading a lot regarding to this compound, its supposed to improve your recovery and healing process for your muscles, tissues, digestive system and it can even help you with a lot of diseases. At the beginning i didn't notice any improve so i thought i wasted my money, but after using it for a week I started to feel the improve in my recovery after a hard day of gym, I feel less pain after working out and it feels like it goes away quicker, normally my muscles would still hurt the second day of training (let's say if I train legs on Monday, I train it again on Thursday) but now its totally different, i feel like I'm reading for another workout with no pain. I recommend this as part of your supplement for the gym

There are several similar options on Bolo (BCP-157, BPC-159) which can be confusing, but after looking into the various options, it seems that this BPC-157 version is the better choice for tissue repair and recovery.The capsules are easy to take and don't cause any stomach upset, which was a concern since I have a sensitive digestive system. I've been taking it as recommended on the packaging, and noticed my usual post-run stiffness seems less intense, and a nagging knee pain feels more manageable. I'm feeling more optimistic about my recovery timeline.Good quality packaging and the price point is reasonable compared to other peptide supplements I've seen. Happy I did the extra research to find this specific BPC-157 version among all the options.

This stuff is about the only thing that helps with my tendinitis in my elbow/shoulder and inflammation from back pain. Even a boost in energy and focus. Only issue was shipments was 2 days past estimated arrival.
