With a household with 5 dogs, we have lots of fur on furniture and clothes. This thing grabs a hold of the fur and then you swipe left & right and it becomes a roll of fur that you can just pick up & throw away. Magic!!! Highly recommend it!

These pet hair/fur remover mitts work okay-ish at best. You swipe them back and forth over the area you want to get clean, and while the hair does all eventually end up in the center of the mitt for you to pull off and throw away, you also end up making a TON of static electricity in the process, which also prevents some of the hair from gathering where you want it, so you have to go back a second and third time to get the stragglers, which then makes more static, etc. etc. etc. Not a bad option if you're trying to be eco-friendly and avoid purchasing the rollers with removable stickers/sheets, but ultimately those still seem to work the best out of everything we've tried over the years, and these mitts are no exception. I did get them for free through Bolo's Vine program, so we'll keep them and will use them in a pinch, but I don't personally think they're worth the (current) $16 price, unfortunately.

I saw ads for these fur removal gloves around the internet and decided to finally give them a try. With 3 cats, there's never a shortage of fur-covered clothing or furniture in our house.These gloves definitely do a fantastic job of removing fur as promised. They can be wiped back and forth across virtually any fabric surface and will pick up the fur there. Even in instances where I didn't see any visible fur, the gloves picked up a small line of fur that was easily picked off the center of the glove to toss. What I feel could be improved is the top part of the glove that goes over your hand. It's not quite long enough to cover the hand, and combined with a fabric divider in the center, it makes it difficult to maintain a good grip in the gloves and they slide around a bit when moving on a surface. I feel they could use an elastic band or other option to make them tighter and more form fitting which would make them easier to use. But even so, these gloves have proven they remove the fur that even my vacuum couldn't get up and are well with the investment. They make a great clean up option to remove fur from your clothing and furniture such as couches and upholstery that can't be washed.

We have 1 dog that has fine, short, black hair. He’s not shedding heavily right now but there’s still hair on our furniture, his bedding, and our clothes. From our experience1. The bristle fabric easily picks up our dog’s short, fine hair (or lint) from furniture, clothing, blankets, and bedding. I didn’t swipe in a left to right motion (more on that later) but generally in one direction to pick up hair & lint.2. To remove the built-up hair and lint, I rubbed the gloves together to create the hair/lint strips.3. We used this on our boy to remove any shedding hair on his body. He enjoyed the gentle massaging of the fabric and relaxed peacefully while we used this.Our issue with these gloves is the fit. I couldn’t keep these on my hand easily. I had to grip the glove in the hand pocket to keep on my hand. By doing this, the bristle fabric didn’t sit flat against the item I was removing hair/lint. I wasn’t able to keep the glove on my hand with a right/left motion. This glove did help remove hair and lint from furniture, clothing, and our boy but it was really difficult for me to keep on my hand.

Doesn't work well on a short haired or recently shaved dog. The teeth on the glove that should be grabbing hair are almost nonexistent. Which leads me to think that even on a longer haired dog it wouldn't be able to grab much hair before it's too full to grab more. A few strokes at most then it's done until cleaned. I'll try to remember to try it out again on my dog when. Her coat grows back out and her hair is longer.

These are pretty magical but just some of the time. When they work they work AMAZINGLY and it feels like picking up pet fur has never been easier. But they seem to be quite picky about where they will work and I haven't quite figured out the magic recipe. But so far it worked fantastic on my bed which had a sheet that was a cotton/linen blend. It worked okay on my couch which is like a suede-ish microfiber texture. It did not work at all on my car floors which were a carpet floor mat texture. So based off of that assessment, I think this needs a totally flat smooth surface to work well, though something that friction can be generated since I think it bunches the hair at its center via static. Though I am not totally sure. With that being said it worked great on a cotton hoodie when I tried it so it could be a great lint roller for clothes. It is a little hard to grasp while using, it is best to keep your hands spread wide for the best effect.
