Use the scoop for a proper measurement of matcha and use with the sifter to make sure your matcha is clump free. Use the whisk in a zig zag motion to get a perfect frothy matcha. Add any additional ingredients you prefer with the spoon and mix it all together!Unfortunately the scoop that came in my set has splintered wood which is unsafe so I can't give this product 5 stars. Even with one item out of the kit unuseable it's still a good price for the other 3 items. If you make matcha regularly you may consider getting a kit that comes with a bowl and a whisk stand. Overall this is great for beginners.

Everything you need to make a lovely cup of matcha. This is a great set, I love the little scooper which makes it easy to get the same amount of powder every time. The whisk works fantastically to whip up a smooth tea.
