I’ve been using these cayenne pepper drops daily for the past two weeks, just placing 2 dropper fulls right on my tongue. I actually enjoy the flavor! What really surprised me is how mild it is... there’s a clear cayenne taste but absolutely no burn, which makes it far more usable than powdered cayenne, which I used to use but found way too spicy to incorporate consistently. It’s hard to say definitively, but I do feel like I’ve had a bit more energy and stamina since starting this, which tracks with what I’ve heard about cayenne’s health benefits. Either way, I’m happy with how easy and pleasant this is to use, and I’ll be keeping it in my routine

I was worried this was going to be super hot. But its not. I put two droppers full directly under my tongue with no issue. The taste is a bit difficult to describe, sort of a mild menthol, rather pleasant. Very pleased with the amounts of D3 and K2. Not sure if the amounts of Cayenne and other ingredients are significant but glad they are in there none the less.
