BRINKS Commercial M91P Rim Panic Exit Device provides top-shelf construction and performance for doors where a heavy-duty push bar panic exit device is needed. The M91P offers comparable performance and technical specifications to the popular leading competitor 98/99 Series Exit Device at nearly 50% of the cost. The M91P can also be used with the leading competitor rim cylinder and 990 outside trim options in certain applications, making it an excellent solution for retrofit applications. The M91P exit device meets ANSI A156.3 Grade 1 standards and is UL 305 listed. The push bar mechanism offers smooth and quiet hydraulic push bar retraction compared to spring operated devices. The push bar requires less than 5 lbs. of force to engage the latch bolt, meeting ANSI A117.1 ADA requirements. This exit device is an excellent choice for single or double doors with a mullion. The Brinks Commercial M91P is suitable for high-traffic doors in schools/universities, hospitality, airports, convention centers, and commercial offices.
